Illegal Immigrant Activists Who Harassed Democrat Kyrsten Sinema in Bathroom Will Face Criminal Charges

Four pro-illegal immigration activists who harassed Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema in a bathroom at Arizona State University are set to face criminal charges for the the incident.
AZFamily.com reported that the four progressive activists have been referred for misdemeanor criminal charges by the ASU Police Department. The harassers were demanding that Sinema support an illegal measure to grant amnesty to illegal aliens in the annual budget reconciliation bill, a backdoor proposal to grant citizenship and residency privileges to up to 10 million illegals. Sinema had declined to support reconciliation amnesty after the Senate Parliamentarian declared it ineligible for consideration in a budget reconciliation bill.
“I was brought here to the United States when I was 3 years old and in 2010 my grandparents both got deported because of SB 1070,” said one harasser in a video of the event. “And I’m here because I definitely believe that we need a pathway to citizenship.”

The harassers will reportedly face charges of disorderly conduct and interrupting the proceedings of an educational institution, both misdemeanors. Some had speculated that they’d be charged with filming someone inside a bathroom, a more serious criminal offense in Arizona, but they’re set to be let off the hook on that account.
Democrats and Republicans largely condemned the harassment after it occurred earlier this month, with President Joe Biden seemingly only going through the motions of doing so. Sinema has rapidly made herself a target of hatred of progressive Democrats, declining to support a $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill among other progressive pipe dreams.
Harassing someone with political demands in a bathroom is downright disgusting, and it’s quite reasonable that the amnesty activists will pay a criminal price for it.
