The criminal charge against actor Kevin Spacey was dropped after a witness in the case after his accuser reportedly declined to testify regarding evidence in the case in Boston.

Spacey will not face trial for indecent assault and battery against a man who first leveled the allegation against the Oscar-winning thespian in 2017.

Spacey is well known for his friendship with Bill Clinton and for his link to the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein child trafficking case.

Spacey flew on Epstein’s plane, dubbed the “Lolita Express” with Clinton and others.

Bill Clinton reportedly did not take Secret Service protection on at least five of his flights with Epstein.
