155-Year-Old All-Girls School In Nashville Changes Policy To Accept Men Who Identify As Female
WOKENESS COMES FOR ALL – In the name of “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” an elite all-girls school in Nashville just scrapped its 155-year-old single-sex policy.
Now, men who identify as girls will be admitted into the once female-exclusive school.
Harpeth Hall, an all girls school in Nashville for 155 years, announced today they will now admit boys who identify as girls. Really. https://t.co/BcCab7Ue1B

As Outkick reported, “Harpeth Hall has a storied history dating back to 1865, and intends to develop future female leaders.”
“It counts actress Reese Witherspoon, singer Amy Grant and comedienne Minnie Pearl among its alumnae,” it continued.
Some of the messages the school prominently displays include “Live Honorably” and “Think Critically.” Which is quite ironic considering the institution has just fallen victim to wokeness and radical progressive politics that go against biology, logic, and reason.
The elite school informed parents about this single-sex policy change via email, claiming that Trustees responsible for the inclusion of men who identify as women did their homework on the topic and “have heard from experts.” Whatever that means anymore…
Moreover, the email added that Trustees have “shared educational articles, and consulted with other girls’ schools.”
“Any student who identifies as a girl may apply to our school,” Harpeth Hall proclaims.
And per the document, this new decision was made because “the concept of gender has expanded and deepened over time.”
It continues, “The school culture is unique and distinctly about girls, complete with the use of references to students as girls and young women and the collective use of female pronouns.”
This is how the so-called critical thinking school justifies its new progressive policy:
Harpeth Hall acknowledges the developmental journey of each student and recognizes that adolescence includes natural searching and questioning about many topics. For some students, this may include the question of gender identity and the desire to identify as nonbinary or use they/them pronouns.
Harpeth Hall approaches gender identity with understanding and open communication, rather than with shame or othering, and will provide a safe environment to partner with each student and family to consider the needs and requests of the student on an individual basis.
It’s a shame that this elite school for girls has fallen into the never-ending rabbit hole of woke politics. And it’s dreadful that young girls are the ones being forced to pay the price.
155 years of tradition down the drain. All in the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
