Medal of Honor nominee retired Army Capt. Gary M. Rose participates in an Army media roundtable discussion at the Pentagon along with retired Army Col. Eugene McCarley, Operation Tailwind commander during the Vietnam War, and former Marine Corps Capt. Tom Stump, a Marine Corps pilot who participated in the operation.
