Air Force Academy Demands Cadets Stop Using The Words ‘Mom’ And ‘Dad’

With the nation’s military focusing more on inclusive language than national security, many are worried that America is going to lose a major war in the coming future.
We have heard countless examples of how critical race theory (CRT) and other woke ideologies have infiltrated military diversity training.
With a new report showing that the Air Force Academy is demanding cadets to stop using the words “mom” and “dad.”

A diversity and inclusion training by the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado instructs cadets to use words that “include all genders” and to refrain from saying things like “mom” and “dad.”
The slide presentation titled, “Diversity & Inclusion: What it is, why we care, & what we can do,” obtained by Fox News Digital, advises cadets to use “person-centered” and gender-neutral language when describing individuals.
“Some families are headed by single parents, grandparents, foster parents, two moms, two dads, etc.: consider ‘parent or caregiver’ instead of ‘mom and dad,'” the presentation states. “Use words that include all genders: ‘Folks’ or ‘Y’all’ instead of ‘guys’; ‘partner’ vs. ‘boyfriend or girlfriend.'”
Critics like Rep. Mike Waltz, R-Fla., a Green Beret and Afghan War veteran, have called out these diversity trainings, because they focus more on microaggressions than the “macro aggressions against America that are happening all over the world.”
Back in June, Big League Politics reported that Judicial Watch had obtained documents that show West Point cadets are being taught CRT.
“Our military is under attack – from within,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton stated in a press release about the document release.
“These documents show racist, anti-American CRT propaganda is being used to try to radicalize our rising generation of Army leadership at West Point,” he added.
One of the slides shown to cadets indoctrinates them against “whiteness,” claiming that “in order to understand racial inequality and slavery, it is first necessary to address whiteness” and the “take-for-grantedness of whiteness.”
The slide goes on to claim whiteness “is a location of structural advantage, of race privilege,” is “a standpoint or place from which white people look at themselves and the rest of society” and “refers to a set of cultural practices that are usually unmarked and unnamed.”

Clearly our nation’s military does not have its priorities straight. And these developments show that the focus on inclusiveness and CRT principles is not only damaging for incoming cadets, but it is also anti-American.
