America’s Leading Pro-Life Priests Agree That ‘No Catholic Can Vote for Joe Biden’

Biden will not protect life.

Published

on

Leading Catholic priests in the United States – Fr. Frank Pavone, Fr. Michael Orsi, and Fr. Stephen Imbarrato – are saying that no believer in Christ should vote for Joe Biden for president this year.

Biden has advertised his Catholic bona fides despite supporting the murder of babies in the womb and LGBTP “rights.” These hardline Catholics, who have not allowed the world to warp their understanding of faith like Pope Francis has done, believe that Biden’s hypocrisy makes him an unacceptable choice for president.

Fr. Pavone said that “failure to protect the unborn puts him not only in conflict with the Catholic faith but with the Christian Gospel, the Founding principles of America, the very meaning of public service, and basic human decency. You can’t kill babies, and you can’t authorize anyone else to do so.”

“This leads to the conclusion that a person like this should not even try to receive Communion,” Fr. Pavone said to LifeSiteNews. “In fact, he doesn’t want to, because to exclude the unborn is to exclude Christ; so you may want ‘Communion,’ but you don’t want actual union with Jesus.”

“Moreover, if one claims to believe the Church in saying the host is the Body of Christ, how can one not believe that same Church when she says the unborn is a person worthy of protection? The latter is easier to understand than the former,” Pavone added.

Fr. Imbarrato criticized Biden even more harshly.

“He is a walking and talking scandal to his Catholic faith and has rightly been refused the Eucharist because he persists in ongoing mortal sin thus separating himself from communion with the Church. He scandalizes the Catholic faith in so many ways that objectively he actually seems “anti Catholic” in his beliefs,” Fr. Imbarrato contended.

Fr. Orsi noted that Biden should not be supported by Catholics or allowed to receive communion according to law approved by Vatican officials, including the man who would become Pope Benedict XVI.

“Accordingly, a 2004 Memorandum from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, signed by Cardinal Ratzinger, states, ‘a politician consistently campaigning and voting for permissive abortion laws’ the politician’s pastor is to inform him that he should not receive Communion,’” Fr. Orsi noted.

“The failure on the part of most bishops to enforce the sanction is, in fact, more scandalous than Biden’s positions,” he added.

Big League Politics has reported on the spiritual war that is gripping the Catholic Church, with globalist forces looking to divorce the church from its relationship with Christ while replacing it with marxist dogma:

A Catholic Archbishop who formerly served as the Vatican’s ambassador to the United States is accusing elements of the Catholic hierarchy of operating as a “deep church,” working in conjunction with the so-called American deep state

Archbishop Viganò is known as something of a conservative “dissident” within the Catholic episcopate, most notably publicly accusing Pope Francis and other senior Vatican officials of failing to act after being made aware of credible accusations of sexual abuse against now-disgraced American ex-cardinal Theodore McCarrick.

The missive can be read in full at LifeSiteNews. In the letter, Viganò speaks critically of Pope Francis, a practice that is exceptionally rare within the college of Catholic bishops, let alone on the part of an Archbishop who recently served as a prominent member of the Church’s diplomatic hierarchy. Archbishop Viganò speaks of the traditional Jesuit(a religious order in which the Pope began his clerical career) practice of declining positions of authority in the Catholic hierarchy.

Viganò pointed to what he identifies as a “Deep Church” in the letter, arguing that elements within the Catholic hierarchy are working to utilize the Catholic Church to advance a vision of global neoliberal authoritarianism. He references major Catholic bishops in the United States who seem to have at least implicitly endorsed Joe Biden- a staunchly pro-abortion Democrat.

“The United States is witnessing the highest levels and centers of cultural influence of the American Catholic Church shamelessly siding in favor of the Democratic candidate and more generally in favor of the entire apparatus that has been consolidating in recent decades within the public administration.

The Deep State, Trump’s sworn enemy, is joined by a Deep Church that spares no criticisms and accusations against the incumbent President while winking indecorously with Biden and BLM, slavishly following the narration imposed by the mainstream. It matters little that Trump is openly pro-life and defends the non-negotiable principles that the Democrats have renounced – the important thing is to transform the Catholic Church into the spiritual arm of the New World Order, so as to have an imprimatur from the highest moral authority in the world, something that was impossible with Benedict XVI.”

President Trump has made many strides in protecting the unborn as the chief executive. He will be able to do far more for life in his second term.

Is America An “Idea?” Joe Biden Says Yes, Donald Trump Rejects Such a Notion

A stark contrast.

Published

Joe Biden has endorsed the establishment liberal definition of America being little more than an “idea,” whereas President Trump has expressly rejected such a notion.

Joe Biden stated that America is an “idea” on a liberal podcast this week, going even further and claiming that the American idea had never been fully realized. The supposed true nature of the American character has never been broadly achieved, according to the former Vice President.

President Trump blasted Biden for likening America to a mere “idea” while speaking at a rally in Florida on Friday night.

Ideas are generally applicable in all times and places regardless of national and historical circumstance. According to Joe Biden’s understanding of America, anyone and everyone throughout the world could be considered equally “American” if they align with his ideological understanding of the idea. This disregards the historical American tradition, legacy and heritage, which far predates the novel notion of Americanism being little more than an “idea.”

The history of the notion America being an ‘idea’ dates back to the late 1990’s, when neoconservatives began to popularize the notion. It’s curious that the assertion is relatively new within American history, despite speaking as to the fundamental nature of America’s national character.

Try asking patriots who rebelled against Great Britain in the Revolutionary War, Union soldiers in the Civil War, and G.I’s storming Normandy in World War II if they were fighting for an “idea.” They’d have roundly rejected such an ahistorical notion- America was understood as a finite and corporeal nation to its citizens throughout its history, not a vague concept to be determined at the whims of liberal ideologues.

The contrast on “American idea” rhetoric couldn’t be more stark, and it appears that the November election will serve as a referendum between Biden’s hypothetical understanding of America and Trump’s America First vision of emphasizing American people, ways of life, and communities.
