Anthony Sabatini Demands Political Punishment for 10 Republican Senators

On June 12, 2022, 10 Republicans joined Democrats in drafting legislation that would implement gun control nationwide. 

In the wake of the Uvalde, Texas and Buffalo, New York shootings, the DC ruling class has been scrambling to pass civilian disarmament measures. And now it appears that they’ve been able to cobble together a bipartisan and filibuster-proof coalition of Senators who can pass a gun control bill. 

According to a report by The Hill, “The proposed legislation includes funding for school safety resources, strengthened background checks for buyers under the age of 21, incentives for states to implement their own red flag laws, penalties for straw purchases of firearms and increased protections for domestic violence victims. “

The 10 Republicans who decided to join anti-Second Amendment Democrats consist of the following: 

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) 

Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.)

Rob Portman (R-Ohio)

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.)

Richard Burr (R-N.C.)

Mitt Romney (R-Utah)

Bill Cassidy (R-La.)

Susan Collins (R-Maine)

Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.)

Pat Toomey (R-Pa.)

With these Republicans crossing over to support this anti-gun legislation could become a reality in the Senate.

Florida State Representative Anthony Sabatini, who is now running for Florida’s 7th Congressional district, recognizes the gravity of the situation. In a tweet he posted on June 12, 2022, Sabatini proclaimed, “The 10 Republican Senators who signed up for Gun Control are traitors to the Constitution

They must removed

It’s time to rebuild the @GOP”

 

Sabatini is one of the most outspoken pro-gun champions at the state level. He earned his street cred by introducing Constitutional Carry legislation in the Florida House — something most Florida Republicans don’t even bother to do. 

The stakes are very high in this moment of US history. The Left is salivating at the prospect of passing the largest gun grab in the past three decades.
