Ashli Babbitt’s Family Readies Civil Suit Against U.S. Capitol Police for January 6 Killing

The family of late Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt is filing a civil lawsuit against the U.S. Capitol police after she was killed by a uniformed officer who shot the unarmed patriot.
The officer, whose identity has been shielded from the public by deep state forces, will not be charged for killing Babbitt with gun fire in the Capitol. The man shot Babbitt in close quarters with many people nearby, and, miraculously, his recklessness did not result in other protesters being hurt or killed.
“The family and I were disappointed in the Department of Justice’s decision on this, but my role is really to bring a civil action and in that way, vindicate her rights,” Babbitt family attorney Terry Roberts said during a Monday appearance on Newsmax.
Roberts explained that the Babbitt family is outraged at the Department of Justice (DOJ) protecting Babbitt’s killer. He noted that the officer “could clearly see that she was not armed” and that he “required willfulness” and failed to give any warning before the shooting.
“This is a situation in which the officer could have easily arrested her if he had grounds to arrest her without using deadly force,” he said. “This was an egregious act of excessive force.”
Roberts noted that the officer is likely being protected because he killed a Trump supporter. Trump supporters have endured an incredible amount of systemic oppression since the Jan. 6 mostly-peaceful protest against voter fraud erupted into a brouhaha inside the Capitol.

“The prison guards tasked with taking care of pro-Trump patriots arrested after Jan. 6’s demonstration in and around the U.S. Capitol are instituting a racist terror regime on the patriots, their lawyers claim.
Trump supporters have been treated like murderers, rapists and thugs by a culture openly discriminatory against them for their pro-American beliefs. This is what real institutional discrimination looks like.
“Myself and others involved in the Jan. 6 incident are scared for their lives, not from each other but from correctional officers,” said Ronald Sandlin, one of the defendants being charged for allegedly participating in the Capitol riot. “I don’t understand how this is remotely acceptable.”
Sandlin claimed he was being subjected to “mental torture” and another defendant, Ryan Samsel “was severely beaten by correctional officers, [is now] blind in one eye, has a skull fracture and detached retina.” He told a horrific story of how 60-year-old Richard Barnett was targeted with racist attacks by black prison guards.
According to Sandlin, Barnett was targeted by black prison guards who said to him: “I hate all white people and your honky religion.” This savage response is likely due to a relentless fake news media campaign painting the pro-Trump patriots as “white supremacists” and “neo-Nazis” without evidence.
“There is a pattern of abuse and of targeting of the defendants who are being held pursuant to what happened on Jan. 6,” said attorney Joseph McBride of New York, who is defending Barnett in the court of law. “It is targeted. It is ruthless. It is nonstop.”
The attorney of Samsel said that their client is virtually unrecognizable due to the thuggery inflicted on them by.
“I have seen Ryan. He has two black eyes to this day, two weeks later. All the skin is ripped off both wrists, which shows the zip ties and how tight they were,” said lawyer Steven Metcalf. “Other inmates said his face looked like a tomato that was stomped on.”
“We intend on filing a lawsuit against the two specific guards and the facility responsible for this scenario because Ryan Samsel did not deserve to get targeted and treated like this,” Metcalf added.”
Babbitt’s memory will be remembered by millions. She will live on as a martyr for freedom for generations to come even if the corrupt system will not give her family the justice they deserve.
