Before Election Joe Biden Emphasizes Plan to Prohibit “Assault Weapons” and “High Capacity” Magazines

A Vote for Biden is a Vote for Facilitating the Largest Gun Grab in American History

Democrat candidate Joe Biden is hell-bent on passing gun control if he’s elected to office. On November 1, 2020, Biden made his desires to ban “assault weapons” and “high capacity” magazines explicit. The former Vice President also vowed to enact other gun control legislation such as universal background checks.

Biden’s campaign account tweeted, “As president, I’ll ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, implement universal background checks, and enact other common-sense reforms to end our gun violence epidemic.”

AWR Hawkins of Breitbart News reminded readers that Biden’s gun control plans features a prohibition of the future production of AR-15s and other firearms that fall under the flimsy category of  “assault weapons” and a provision that could mandate every AR-15 rifle to undergo registration in accordance to the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA). In essence, this could have American gun owners cough up a $200 federal tax for each of the AR-15s they own.

Biden has another plank which could have Americans sell back their “high-capacity magazines” to the government or be subject to registration under the NFA. Similar to the AR-15 NFA mandate, high-capacity magazine owners would have a $200 tax slapped on each magazine they own.

Hawkins noted other gun proposals that Biden is pushing:

  1. A provision that could ban online sales of ammunition, guns, and gun parts.
  2. A pledge to revive the Social Security gun ban, which targeted benefit recipients who needed help managing their finances. The ban was adopted during the last full month of the Obama presidency and repealed during the first full month of the Trump presidency.
  3. A provision that would limit Americans a one-gun-a-month purchase maximum. The Biden campaign website says, “Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one.”
  4. A push to incentivize states to license would-be gun owners. Biden’s campaign website says, “Biden will enact legislation to give states and local governments grants to require individuals to obtain a license prior to purchasing a gun.”

At the end of the day, a vote for Biden would enable the largest anti-gun attack in American history. Trump may have his flaws, but a vote for him would at least keep a potential Democrat trifecta from completely gutting the Second Amendment.

Jon Ossoff’s Endorsement by Giffords Proves He is an Anti-Gun Stooge

Georgia Voters Who Care About the Second Amendment Should Reject Both Democrat Candidates

Now that former Vice President Joe Biden is the presumptive president-elect, conservatives are busy re-grouping.

Although the presidential election appears to be sorted out, electors still have to cast their ballots on December 14. On top of that, there’s still unsettled business in Georgia.

While a 50-50 split by no means guarantees that gun control will be passed at will, this puts Democrats one step closer towards implementing their anti-gun fantasies.

The case for Perdue is pretty simple. He’s a solid immigration patriot and a staunch Second Amendment supporter. He can be counted on to keep the Left in check.

Ossoff is currently endorsed by Giffords, one of the fastest growing civilian disarmament lobbies in America. This organization was founded by former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and has been increasingly active in promoting anti-Second Amendment politicians over the last few years.

Giffords’ endorsement of Ossoff makes sense. According to Ossoff’s platform, he plans on prohibiting the sales of semiautomatic rifles and “high capacity” magazines. Not to mention, he wants to check off every other item on the gun grabber checkbox by supporting red flag confiscation orders, universal background checks, tighten the so-called “gun show loophole”, and implement licensing for semiautomatic rifles and handguns that millions of Americans already own.

Ossoff’s anti-gun endorsement list is quite diverse. AWR Hawkins of Breitbart News called attention to the fact that “Ossoff is also endorsed by the Mike Bloomberg-founded gun control group, Everytown for Gun Safety. He is also endorsed by Everytown’s subsidiary gun control group, Moms Demand Action.”

When Gabby Giffords’ organization gave Ossoff their endorsement, they were very explicit about the intention behind endorsing Ossoff, revealing that they are “working to unseat an NRA-backed incumbent.”

An Ossoff victory, along with Raphael Warnock winning his race against Kelly Loeffler, would be big victories for Gun Control Inc. The anti-gun lobby is hungry and they’ll need a Senate majority in order to expand federal gun control.

January 5, 2021 is the pivotal date that will determine the balance of the U.S. Senate. Georgia voters have clear choices in Perdue and Loeffler. A vote for Ossoff and Warnock is a green light for Second Amendment infringements.
