Biden Regime Is Considering Granting Legal Status to Immigrant Spouses of American Citizens

The Biden regime is entertaining a plan to assist hundreds of thousands of immigrants residing in the United States illegally who are married to American citizens.

This concept has gained popularity among the Biden regime since the past summer. The Biden regime is looking to score a win on the immigration front as the 2024 election quickly approaches.

Officials inside the Biden regime and at the Department of Homeland Security have been studying several proposals to supply work permits or deportation aid  for millions of illegal alien invaders who have lived and worked in the country for a long time. Biden and co have focused on the population of mixed-status families. Under these dynamics, the children and one parent are American citizens. The Biden regime is specifically focusing on them because they believe that demographic has the most appeal among the general public.

There are roughly 1.1 million illegal aliens married to American citizens, per figures from Fwd.us, a pro-mass migration organization. Immigrants can usually qualify to receive green cards when they marry American citizens. However, under immigration law, these spouses are prevented from receiving a green card under immigration law for several reasons. The most common reason being if they entered the US illegally more than one time or used forged legal documents.

A Biden regime spokesman said the administration “remains committed to ensuring those who are eligible for relief can receive it quickly and to building an immigration system that is fairer and more humane. As we have said before, the Administration is constantly evaluating possible policy options.”

Mass migration is the Democrats’ secret weapon against Republicans. It will effectively turn the US into a one-party state if amnesty becomes the law of the land.
