Biden’s 100-Day Moratorium on Deportations is Halted ‘Indefinitely’ by Federal Judge

President-imposed Joe Biden’s open borders mayhem is being postponed at least temporarily after a federal judge ordered the shuttering of his 100-day moratorium on deporting illegal immigrants.
U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton put a hold on the Biden policy to halt deportations on an indefinite basis. Previously, he had issued a two-week restraining order against the policies.
“This preliminary injunction is granted on a nationwide basis and prohibits enforcement and implementation of the [100-day pause] in every place Defendants have jurisdiction to enforce and implement the January 20 Memorandum,” wrote Tipton, who was appointed to the bench by former President Donald Trump, in his 105-page ruling against the Biden regime.
“[T]he core failure of DHS lies not in the brevity of the January 20 Memorandum or the corresponding administrative record, but instead in its omission of a rational explanation grounded in the facts reviewed and the factors considered,” Tipton wrote to bolster his rule-of-law decision. “This failure is fatal, as this defect essentially makes DHS’s determination to institute a 100-day pause on deportations an arbitrary and capricious choice.”
The lawsuit was filed by Texas Attorney General Dan Paxton against Biden’s policies that would put his state in grave danger from criminal illegals.
“In one of its first of dozens of steps that harm Texas and the nation as a whole, the Biden administration directed DHS to violate federal immigration law and breach an agreement to consult and cooperate with Texas on that law. Our state defends the largest section of the southern border in the nation. Failure to properly enforce the law will directly and immediately endanger our citizens and law enforcement personnel,” Paxton said as he announced his state’s legal challenge to the Biden order.
“DHS itself has previously acknowledged that such a freeze on deportations will cause concrete injuries to Texas. I am confident that these unlawful and perilous actions cannot stand. The rule of law and security of our citizens must prevail,” he added.
Far-left special interest groups who spend oligarch money in an attempt to destroy the historic demographics of the United States are not pleased with this news.
“This ruling is legally wrong and will seriously harm families and communities around the country,” said Cody Wofsy, a staff attorney with the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project.
“Texas’ suit is an attempt to deprive the Biden administration of a meaningful opportunity to review and assess immigration enforcement after years of living under lawless Trump policies,” Wofsy added.
Although Biden is steadfastly dedicated to destroying his own country at the behest of his Chinese masters, there are some Republican leaders and constitutional judges still out there who will not make it easy for Biden to wreck America.
