Bill Barr Pushes Back Against Trump, Criticizes President’s Comments on Stone, Drops Case Against McCabe

The Attorney General appears to be protecting the deep state.

Attorney General Bill Barr is asserting his independence and distancing himself from President Trump’s agenda, criticizing Trump’s comments about the Roger Stone case and dropping charges against disgraced former FBI spook Andrew McCabe.

“I think it’s time to stop the tweeting about Department of Justice criminal cases,” Barr said to ABC News Chief Justice Correspondent Pierre Thomas.

“I’m not going to be bullied or influenced by anybody … whether it’s Congress, a newspaper editorial board, or the president,” Barr said. “I’m gonna do what I think is right. And you know … I cannot do my job here at the department with a constant background commentary that undercuts me.”

This came in response to President Trump calling out the deep state’s railroading of his long-time confidant Roger Stone.

Trump has also hammered McCabe, the disgraced former FBI Deputy Director, for his alleged leaking in order to drive the Russian collusion investigation that yielded no evidence that Trump and the Russians worked together. He also admitted lying to the FBI and apologized for it, according to a report from the New York Post.

Despite his foul behavior, Barr’s office announced today that the federal case against McCabe would be dropped.

“We write to inform you that, after careful consideration, the Government has decided not to pursue criminal charges against your client, Andrew G. McCabe,” wrote prosecutors J.P. Cooney and Molly Gaston at the behest of U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Tim Shea.

“Based on the totality of the circumstances and all of the information known to the Government at this time, we consider the matter closed,” they added.

McCabe is gloating and playing the victim as a result of the dropped charges.

“I have to say that as glad as I am that the Justice Department and the D.C. U.S. Attorney’s office finally decided to do the right thing today, it is an absolute disgrace that they took two years and put my family through this experience for two years before they finally drew the obvious conclusion and one they could have drawn a long, long time ago,” he said while appearing on CNN, where he is paid to spread deep state propaganda.

“At long last, justice has been done in this matter,” McCabe’s attorneys Michael Bromwich and David Schertler said in a statement. “We said at the outset of the criminal investigation, almost two years ago, that if the facts and the law determined the result, no charges would be brought. We are pleased that Andrew McCabe and his family can go on with their lives without this cloud hanging over them.”

Barr is making it clear that he is his own man, which is disconcerting considering his record of working under globalist former president George H.W. Bush. Barr also has said that dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein killed himself, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. It doesn’t appear at the current Attorney General will be draining the swamp any time soon.

ANOTHER Federal Judge Pushes to Overturn President Trump’s Pardon of Gen. Michael Flynn

Third world justice.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton, an affirmative action nominee to the bench by former globalist president George W. Bush, is attempting to reverse President Donald Trump’s pardon to continue the politically-motivated persecution of General Michael Flynn by the deep state.

Walton defended his colleague U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan at a hearing on Friday. Sullivan is the Obama political operative who lobbied personally to keep Flynn’s case alive despite being overruled, making a joke of the notion of an impartial judiciary in the process.

Walton claimed that Sullivan “has a lot of options in reference to what he does” following President Trump’s pardon “unless he takes the position that the wording of the pardon is too broad, in that it provides protections beyond the date of the pardon.”

“I don’t know what impact that would have, what decision he would make, if he makes that determination that the pardon of Mr. Flynn is for a period that the law does not permit. I don’t know if that’s correct or not,” the judge said. “Theoretically, the decision could be reached because the wording in the pardon seems to be very, very broad. It could be construed, I think, as extending protections against criminal prosecutions after the date the pardon was issued.”

“I don’t know if Judge Sullivan will make that determination or not,” Walton added.

CNN and BuzzFeed News are currently suing for records as they continue their coordinated attack on Flynn, which they do not intend to let go despite the unethical acts performed by the FBI in their illicit investigation.

Big League Politics reported on how patriotic attorney Sidney Powell became Flynn’s lawyer and essentially proved Flynn’s innocence amidst a nightmarish conspiracy by rogue federal bureaucrats attempting to sabotage the Trump administration:

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced that they will be dropping the case against General Michael Flynn, which has been marred with corruption and improprieties from its inception.

The Flynn case was a feather in the cap of the special investigation conducted by FBI spook Robert Mueller into Russian collusion. The deep state had hoped to make an example of Flynn, secure a guilty plea from him, and then use it to justify their continued fishing expedition to damage President Donald Trump.

However, things did not turn out the way the entrenched bureaucrats planned. The DOJ announced on Thursday that it is dropping the case “after a considered review of all the facts and circumstances of this case, including newly discovered and disclosed information.”

They came to the conclusion that Flynn’s interview with the FBI was “untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn” and that the interview taking place on January 24, 2017 was “conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.”

Jeff Jensen, the U.S. attorney tasked with reviewing Flynn’s case, made the recommendation to Attorney General Bill Barr that the case be dismissed. Barr followed through with Jensen’s recommendation in a prompt fashion.

“Through the course of my review of General Flynn’s case, I concluded the proper and just course was to dismiss the case,” Jensen said in a statement. “I briefed Attorney General Barr on my findings, advised him on these conclusions, and he agreed.”

Last week, President Trump declared that Flynn was “exonerated” due to the release of court documents showing how the FBI acted improperly throughout the case.

“He’s in the process of being exonerated. If you look at those notes from yesterday, that was total exoneration,” Trump said to reporters in the Oval Office after noting that the fake news was misreporting the details in the case. “These were dirty, filthy cops at the top of the FBI.”

“He is essentially exonerated,” Trump continued. “Now, that’s not official yet, but when you read the notes, how can you do anything else?”

The amount of judicial corruption should come as no surprise as these robed lawyers dismiss vote fraud cases and disregard sworn affidavits alleging electoral improprieties. America now has a Soviet-style justice system, and multiculturalism is largely to thank for that.
