BIRDS OF A FEATHER: Somali Socialist Ilhan Omar Endorses Bernie Sanders for President

Omar supports the candidate whose policies would destroy America.

Ilhan Omar Somalia My Country

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), the Somalia-born Congresswoman whose offensive remarks against America and Israel have made her a reviled figure nationally, has officially endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) for President in 2020.

“Bernie is leading a working class movement to defeat Donald Trump that transcends generation, ethnicity, and geography,” Omar said in a statement released Tuesday night. “And it’s why I believe Bernie Sanders is the best candidate to take on Donald Trump in 2020.”

News of Omar’s endorsement came shortly after her cohort, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) announced her impending endorsement of Sanders’ presidential campaign:

Freshman Democratic congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will endorse Vermont Senator and Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders in a campaign rally in Queens on Saturday, according to reporting Tuesday night from the Washington Post.

The formal endorsement places Ocasio-Cortez firmly in the camp of her fellow democratic socialist. AOC has become a symbol of the left wing of the Democratic Party often represented by Sanders, and it’s probably unsurprising that the rising Democrat star would align with Sanders, who she aligns closely on policy…

AOC’s endorsement could represent a potential game-changer in a race where Sanders has lingered solidly in either second or third place, stuck behind establishment Democrat Joe Biden by polling averages of around four or five percent. Ocasio-Cortez’s endorsement could play a role in broadening Sanders’ support to women voters and Democrats who plan to participate in the New York primary.

It is also expected that the other members of the socialist ‘Squad’ of freshman female lawmakers – Reps. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) – will endorse Sanders as well. The new faces of the Democratic Party are apparently circling the wagons behind an old, white man who has spent decades in Washington D.C.

Sanders is hoping that their support will give his campaign the shot in the arm it needs after he suffered a heart attack earlier this month:

The doctors who operated on the heart of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) earlier this week have confirmed that the Democrat presidential contender did in fact suffer a heart attack, despite widespread reports to the contrary.

In their official statement, the doctors noted that Sanders suffered from a “myocardial infarction,” which is the technical term for heart attack…

Despite the fact that Sanders suffered this heart attack, he claims he is fine and ready to get back on the campaign trail. He is not giving up his dream to become President and institute totalitarian socialism upon the masses.

“After two and a half days in the hospital, I feel great, and after taking a short time off, I look forward to getting back to work,” Sanders said in a statement following his release from the Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center.

Perhaps Omar supports Sanders’ presidential ambitions because the radically Islamic lawmaker knows that his quasi-communist policies would sink America immediately.

FLASHBACK: Chris Wallace Asked Trump to Disavow White Supremacy in 2016; Trump Did Then and He Did Now

They have been pushing the same talking points for nearly half a decade.

President Donald Trump is under fire for allegedly not disavowing white supremacists, even though he did, and has done so frequently for many years.

“I totally disavow the Ku Klux Klan. I totally disavow David Duke. I’ve been doing it now for two weeks. You have to be, like, the 18th person to ask me this question,” Trump said in response to globalist Fox News propagandist Chris Wallace in March 2016.

Trump responded to Wallace in similar fashion in 2020, demanding to know specific groups to disavow before issuing a statement.

“It was very clear that question was talked about in the form of groups. Groups. I want to know which groups you’re talking about. You have to tell me which groups. Ultimately, it got to the Ku Klux Klan, which, obviously, I’m going to disavow,” he said.

Trump noted that his Tweets disavowing white supremacy and racism are not typically picked up by the fake news media, even though most of his other Tweets are.

“And, by the way, if you look at my Twitter account, almost immediately after the program, they were disavowed again. You know, it’s amazing, when I do something on Twitter, everybody picks it up. It goes all over the place. But when I did this one, nobody ever picks it up,” Trump said.

Wallace recycled the same line of questioning during the debates over four years later in order to paint President Trump as an enabler of white supremacy.

“Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups?” Wallace asked Trump.

“Sure,” Trump interjected.

“And to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities?” Wallace added.

“Sure,” Trump said again.

“As we saw in Kenosha, and as we’ve seen in Portland,” Wallace butted in to say.

“Sure, I’m willing to do that,” Trump said.

The record is clear. President Trump has disavowed white supremacy and denounced white nationalists over and over again. But that doesn’t stop the deranged Left from claiming the exact opposite anyway.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany set the record straight once and for all during an exchange with media propagandists on Thursday:

White supremacy is the new Russian collusion – a canard floated out there to get the public’s minds off of the orgy of destruction across America caused by left-wing terrorists directly enabled by the Democrat Party and their media partners.
