Biden Admin To Appeal Ruling–

Will the radical left ever stop bullying those who dissent? The Biden Administration and Justice Department alike said Tuesday that they plan to appeal a Monday ruling which nullified the illegitimate federal mandate forcing masks on planes and other forms of public transportation so as long as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) claims the draconian order is “necessary for the public’s health.”

“The Department of Justice and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) disagree with the district court’s decision and will appeal,” the DOJ said in a statement, “subject to CDC’s conclusion that the order remains necessary for public health.”

DOJ spokesman Anthony Coley also commented on the matter, doubling down his support of the draconian and now deemed illegal order, saying Tuesday that “the Department continues to believe that the order requiring masking in the transportation corridor is a valid exercise of the authority Congress has given CDC to protect the public health.”

Coley seemed to be unconcerned with the recent ruling deeming two years and counting of forced masking to be illegal, publicly stating that exercising such extreme and unprecedented power upon the American people is “an important authority the Department will continue to work to preserve.”

This announcement from the DOJ came as many Americans around the country were seen celebrating the end of the oppressive rule. One video that BLP recently reported on showed loud cheering and yells of “woohoo!” and “finally!” upon the captain’s announcement of the mandate’s termination.

White House occupant Joe Biden, often referred to as “Sleepy Joe” in certain circles, seemed to be confused about his opinion on the matter. Biden at first suggested his previous position of forcing Americans to cover their mouths when in public transportation was suddenly flipped before then answering “I don’t know” when asked if he plans to appeal the overturning of the federal mask mandate.
