BREAKING: McConnell Files Cloture Motion on Kavanaugh, Next Vote on Friday

Late Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell filed the cloture motion on the Brett Kavanaugh SCOTUS nomination.
This puts the Senate one step closer to confirming Kavanaugh who has been subject of what appears to be a Democrat led character assassination campaign.
The Senate will hold the cloture vote on Friday.
McConnell trying to talk about Kavanaugh on the flr. But his cell phone appears to be ringing. Says "There will be plenty of time for senators to review before a Friday cloture vote." McConnell says tonight "I am now filing cloture"
