BREAKING: Senate Dems Refusing To Move Middle East Security Bill Over “Huge” Dem Support of BDS

Marco Rubio is spilling the tea about anti-Semitic Senate Democrats.

According to Rubio, who is a Republican Senator from Florida, the Senate Democrats have been using the government shutdown as an excuse for not moving the Middle East Security Bill.

In a tweet posted on Monday morning, Rubio said Senate Democrats are fighting among themselves about the Boycott Divest Sanctions (BDS) movement, an Islamic terror-tied movement disguised as Jew hatred disguised as social justice activism in an effort to cut off all US aid to Israel.

 

“The shutdown is not the reason Senate Democrats don’t want to move to Middle East Security Bill. A huge argument broke out at Senate Dem meeting last week over BDS. A significant # of Senate Democrats now support & Dem leaders want to avoid a floor vote that reveals that,” Rubio said.

On January 3, 2019, the day the Democrats officially gained control of the House of Representatives, U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL), James Risch (R-ID), Cory Gardner (R-CO), and Mitch McConnell (R-KY)  introduced the Strengthening America’s Security in the Middle East Act of 2019.

A press release on Rubio’s Senate website states:

“This legislation would make improvements to defense and security assistance provisions in the Middle East, bolster the U.S.-Israel strategic alliance by authorizing security assistance to Israel over a 10-year period pursuant to the 2016 Memorandum of Understanding, reauthorize the United States-Jordan Defense Cooperation Act of 2015, provide new authorities for sanctions against Syria’s Assad regime and its supporters, and empower state and local governments in the United States to counter the anti-Israel boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement’s discriminatory economic warfare against the Jewish state.”

Rubio said, “It is in America’s national security interests to ensure that our allies in the Middle East like Israel and Jordan remain secure amid the region’s growing destabilizing threats posed by Iran and Syria’s Assad regime. This important bill will also impose new sanctions against the Assad regime and its supporters who continue to commit horrific human rights violations against the Syrian people. I look forward to working with my colleagues in Congress and the Administration to quickly pass and enact this critical piece of legislation.”

Emphasizing the need to stand with Israel and combat anti-Semitism, Senator Cory Gardner said,

“I am proud to sponsor this legislation, which enhances our alliances in the Middle East, condemns the heinous human rights abuses of the Assad regime, and takes a strong stance against the anti-Israel and anti-Semitic BDS movement. This bill greatly enhances our national security and I urge its quick and bipartisan passage into law.”

While BDS has become active on nearly all US college campuses, many Americans are still unaware of what it is. The strongest voice for BDS in America is Students for Justice in Palestine (commonly referred to by the acronym SJP). SJP operates with a national network of over 100 campus clubs across North American campuses that work together to encourage anti-Israel activities and indoctrination, including sponsoring  “Israel Apartheid Week”. At protests and rallies, BDS supporters are often seen chanting and holding signs that say  “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”, which is a direct dog whistle to wipe Israel off the map, border to border.

BDS is a global Islamic inspired anti-Israel movement that works to apply political and economic pressure on Israel as a way to weaken and eradicate Israel. Supporters of BDS  boycott products and services made in Israel and attack corporations that provide any economic or political support of Israel.

BDS is akin to what the nazis did to Jews when they boycotted and destroyed Jewish businesses in Europe before and during the time of the Holocaust. Make no mistake, when BDS says they want to boycott Israel, what they really mean is they want to boycott Jews.

BDS leaders and supporters, some of whom include Linda Sarsour and newly elected Muslim Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, use anti-Jewish rhetoric combined with religious and moral authority to condemn Israel and Jews. Perpetual victimhood is another characteristic of BDS supporters who actively portray Palestinians and Islamic terrorist organizations as oppressed people who must be defended against Israel. All of these behaviors are intended to increase hatred and violence against Jews and Israel.

Even while knowing these disturbing facts about BDS, Democrat Senators are actively working to prevent the bill from moving forward over their *support* for BDS.

Along with the Senate Democrats, big tech is also complicit in advancing the BDS movement. While I was banned on Twitter for speaking out against Jew hatred and Ilhan Omar, who supports BDS, the BDS account is still on Twitter with a verified account despite the fact that their supporters have been known to walk around with swastikas on their anti-Israel signs.

Given that the Democrats are hell bent on aligning with jihadists who want to destroy Israel through BDS, it’s probably time the more than 75% of Jewish Americans who vote Democrat abandon the party that literally wants to kill them and their God given homeland.
