The Supreme Court of the United States has officially issued a stay on the lifting of Title 42. Which gives officials the ability to expel illegal immigrants over health concerns.

BREAKING: U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts has HALTED the lifting of Title 42 for now.
Texas and other states are insisting that the Court leave Title 42 in place.
Today's order is a step in that direction.
This helps prevent illegal immigration.

Title 42, which was implemented under Trump and created during the Covid pandemic, was set to expire on Wednesday.
The Biden administration has shown no compassion over keeping Title 42 alive, and has routinely dismissed Republicans who state immigrants crossing the US Southern Border is a “national security concern,” “state of emergency,” and “crisis.”
The president has also continuously loosened restrictions for illegal migrant crossings since taking office. Handing off responsibilities to his second in command, Vice President Kamala Harris.

Per the Texas Tribune: “Immigration officials have used the health order more than 2 million times to expel migrants.”
The ruling for the stay from the Supreme Court comes after a lawsuit filed Monday from nineteen GOP-led States.
The aim of their lawsuit, according to The Post Millennial, was to “keep the measure in place as a to stave off the impact of Biden’s border crisis, which has seen 2,378,944 encounters with illegal immigrants in the 2022 fiscal year and 1,659,206 in 2021.”
New York City expects to receive at least 1,000 illegal aliens per week if Title 42 ends.

El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser declared a state of emergency in preparation for the expected surge of illegal immigrants when Title 42 expired.
“We know the influx on Wednesday will be incredible. It will be huge. On Wednesday our numbers will go from 2,500 to 4,000, 5,000, maybe 6,000,” he said.
The White House still does not have plans to visit the Southern Border, which rightfully infuriates border state leaders like Leeser.
When asked about whether Biden would be visiting the border on Monday, Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said no.
