Brothers Who Bought Aborted Baby Parts from Planned Parenthood Are Under Arrest

Published

on

Remember the undercover videos of Planned Parenthood selling aborted baby parts? Two brothers whose company bought the aborted baby parts are now arrest, but not for the purchases.

Roberto and William Isaias “two wealthy Ecuadorian brothers who were principals in DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, the California companies fined and ordered to shut down for illegally trafficking world-wide in aborted baby parts it obtained from Planned Parenthood, were arrested by ICE on February 13, 2019,” according to Life News.

Daily Business Review reports, “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Roberto and William Isaías on Feb. 13. ICE representative Nestor Yglesias said the brothers were “unlawfully present” in the U.S., and have been ‘transferred to ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations” for deportation proceedings following their arrest. Yglesias added the pair is “in agency custody pending removal proceedings.'”

The brothers have a long history of staying in trouble with fraud amongst other violations. They sought asylum in the United States after costing the Ecuador government millions of dollars. In fact, the two were sentenced “in abstentia to eight years in prison for running their bank into the ground then presenting false balance sheets to profit from bailout funds…Ecuador says the Isaias family cost the impoverished country a total of $661.5 million,” according to Operation Rescue.

The family has also been heavily involved with donating to Democratic campaigns. According to the New York Times, “A year after their relatives gave $90,000 to help re-elect Mr. Obama, the administration rejected Ecuador’s extradition request for the men, fueling accusations that such donations were helping to keep the brothers and their families safely on American soil.” The family was allowed to stay after successfully tugging at the heart strings of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Naturally, the two wanted to be buddy-buddy with the far-left because of the whole “abolish ICE” ideology.

As if swindling an impoverished country out of millions of dollars, crying for asylum to stay in America, and brown nosing your way into getting on the Obama/Clinton good side wasn’t enough, the brothers decided to get involved with abortion.

As Life News stated, “Once in America, the Isaias family owned and operated DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, companies that contracted exclusively with Planned Parenthood of Orange County to receive aborted baby tissues and organs, which they trafficked overseas.”

Finally, after running scam after scam in multiple countries, the brothers have been detained by ICE. Unfortunately, their attempts to fund the “abolish ICE” groups and buy their way into the country couldn’t keep them from being arrested. The saddest part about the whole situation is that there is more outrage on their fraudulent behavior than the fact that they were buying aborted baby parts and shipping them around the world.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Pledges to Outlaw Big Tech Censorship

Texas has had enough.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is pledging to outlaw Big Tech’s left-wing censorship, announcing his support of a bill in the Texas State Senate that would open social media monopolies to lawsuits from users at a state level.

State Senator Bryan Hughes Senate Bill 12 would provide legal recourse for users of Big Tech platforms who are banned from the services to return, designating Big Tech monopolies such as Twitter, YouTube and Facebook as common carriers.

“They are common carriers and they cannot discriminate against people … it’s a violation of the first amendment,” Hughes said. “This is going to protect Texas’ free speech and get them back online.

These are the areas that used to be the courthouse square where people would come and talk,” said Abbott of the legislation. “Now, people are going to Facebook and Twitter to talk about their political ideas, and what Facebook and Twitter are doing — they are controlling the flow of information, and sometimes denying the flow of information.

Texas is taking a stand against big tech political censorship. We are not going to allow it in the Lone Star state.

The law establishing legal recourse against online censorship may prove legally durable enough to avoid breaching Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. That law provides immunity for user-created content on internet platforms, and doesn’t give social media platforms a right to discriminate against active or potential users on the basis of political ideology.

The future for fighting Big Tech censorship lies at a state level. While some state Republican officials have proven reluctant to separate themselves from the lucrative business lobbies of Big Tech oligarchs, Hughes’ approach seems legally innovative enough to give free speech defenders a fighting shot at free expression online.
