Catholic Church Prays for Transgender People on ‘Transgender Day of Remembrance’
The apostate Catholic Church has offered its support for the transgender community on a day dubbed the “Transgender Day of Remembrance.”
“Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance and we pray for all people who are ill at ease with their gender, seek to change it, suffer for it and have been persecuted, and also killed. All people are loved by God and valued in their inherent God-given dignity.
#TDOR,” the church said in a Tweet.
The Catholic Church has become ever-more-progressive of late and is now openly supporting the LGBT community, despite what the biblical teachings by which they claim to abide.
Big League Politics reported:
A Jesuit Priest said that the Catholic Church has become more “gay-friendly” at a recent conference in Washington, D.C, according to LifeSiteNews.
“Vatican consultant and homosexual activist priest Fr. James Martin stated at a recent conference that Pope Francis has gone out of his way to appoint “gay-friendly” bishops and cardinals in the Catholic Church,” according to the report.
Father James Martin, known for his activism for the LGBT community, expressed his excitement that “things are changing” in the Catholic Church at the Ignatian Family Teach-in for Justice 2018. Martin goes on to praise Pope Francis for his inclusion of homosexuals into the Catholic Church. He explains that Pope Francis’ progressive views on homosexuality has allowed him to appoint bishops and cardinals who share his same viewpoint – that all are welcome in the Catholic Church.
It has been a controversial year for the church, which has also been embroiled in a pedophilia scandal since disgraced Cardinal Theodore McCarrick resigned after he was accused of sexually abusing two minors, and subsequently accused of taking advantage of young priests while they attended seminary school. Pope Francis was accused of actively covering up McCarrick’s history of sexual abuse.
