CLOWNWORLD: Imported Coronavirus Testing Kits Found to be Contaminated with Coronavirus
In the United Kingdom, authorities have found that some coronavirus testing kits coming from other countries are contamined with the highly contagious disease that has the entire world in a panic.
Britain has been working mightily to test more of their residents, with the hopes of getting the number up to 25,000 per day by the end of April. They have asked private companies to help them achieve this goal, but Luxembourg-based manufacturer Eurofins noted that some of their testing supplies have been contaminated with coronavirus.
According to government sources, the contamination is not expected to halt testing capability by much. The British authorities claim they are now testing 10,000 people per day, although those figures have been disputed. Cabinet minister Michael Gove claimed that they reached that benchmark on Sunday, but figures from Public Health England showed that only 8,000 tests were conducted despite the ability to carry out thousands more.
Anthony Costello, a professor who works at the University College London, has criticized the efforts by the British government to combat the ill effects of the coronavirus. He believes their testing regime is lagging needlessly in comparison to other countries that have had success in combating the pandemic.
“We have 44 molecular virology labs in the UK. If they were doing 400 tests a day we would be up to Germany levels of testing and that is perfectly feasible… If you look at Korea, they have done 490,000 tests. Their death rate is three per million and they have suppressed the virus,” Costello said.
“I don’t see why we can’t get these 44 labs up and running, finding cases and testing,” he added. “We must go to mass testing and when we remove the lockdown… then we will have a control mechanism which will enable us to wait, without socially distancing the whole country, for drugs or a vaccine for herd immunity.”
There have been widespread reports that bad medical supplies are being sent out of China into the West as well:
The Dutch government has ordered a recall of around 600,000 masks out of a shipment of 1.3 million from China after they failed to meet quality standards.
The defective masks had already been distributed to several hospitals currently battling the COVID-19 outbreak, news agency AFP and Dutch media reported. The Dutch Health Ministry has kept the rest of the shipment on hold.
An inspection revealed that the FFP2 masks did not protect the face properly or had defective filter membranes. The fine filters stop the virus from entering the mouth or nose. The masks failed more than one inspection.
“A second test also revealed that the masks did not meet the quality norms. Now it has been decided not to use any of this shipment,” said the Health Ministry said in a statement to news agency AFP.
The masks were delivered to the Netherlands by a Chinese manufacturer on March 21. The Health Ministry said it would conduct extra testing on any future shipments.
Several hospitals in the Netherlands had already rejected some of the shipment even before the Health Ministry issued the recall.
“When they were delivered to our hospital, I immediately rejected those masks,” a hospital source told Dutch public broadcaster NOS.
Globalism has needlessly put many different countries at an elevated state of risk during the coronavirus pandemic.
