CNN Was Leaked the Name of City Trump Allegedly Disclosed to Russia — in March

Published

As the mainstream media and various unnamed “intelligence officials” continue to claim that information President Donald Trump shared with Russia could “put American lives in danger,” they have been ignoring the fact that CNN had the same details all the way back in March.

This week, unnamed sources told the Washington Post that Trump had shared the name of an ISIS controlled city where a laptop threat had originated with Sergey V. Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, and Sergey I. Kislyak, the Russian ambassador to the United States.

This sparked a massive outcry among Democrats, anti-Trump media, and the anti-Trump Republicans, including demands that the president be impeached.

However, according to Jake Tapper, back in March CNN’s Evan Perez had learned from “numerous officials” the name of the city and details of a computer bomb plot ISIS was planning to use on international flights. He goes on to say that the White House had warned Perez that reporting the information, including the city where the information was obtained, could put American lives in danger.

“We showed restraint with publication — the same restraint the president did not show with Russian officials,” Jake Tapper said in his report on CNN.

The White House reportedly told CNN that openly publishing the information could put sources and methods in danger.

Tapper goes on to fearmonger about the information being given to Russian officials, a nation also fighting ISIS, yet shows no concern about unnamed officials sharing the information with CNN. Apparently sharing information with network news is not as bad as sharing information with a nation that is actually allied in the fight against Islamic terrorism.

CNN must think pretty highly of itself, if they believe that their network being leaked the information is a non-issue compared to our president allegedly mentioning it to the foreign officials.

Trump has confirmed that he shared information about terrorism and airline flight safety with Russia, in hopes that they will step up their fight.

“As President I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H. meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining to terrorism and airline flight safety, Humanitarian reasons, plus I want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism,” Trump tweeted Tuesday morning.

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster stated on Tuesday that the city is “nothing you would not know from open source reporting in terms of a source for concern.”

Still, we have to ask, why was information that is reportedly so dangerous that it could allegedly put American troops “in danger” being leaked to CNN? Who leaked it to them?

Biden Shadow Secretary of State Urged Support of Iraq War in 2002

Meet the new boss, the same as the old boss.

Joe Biden is yet to be certified as the President-elect, but that hasn’t stopped from from touting tentative cabinet picks.

Without exception, his cabinet appears to be largely liberal globalists with a lengthy track record of supporting the failed policy proposals of the 2000’s and 1990’s.

Biden’s Secretary of State pick, Antony Blinken, urged the then-Delaware Senator to support the disastrous Iraq War as a policy advisor to Biden in 2002.

Blinken would go on to create an establishment political consulting company that secured cozy lobbying deals with Big Tech and a pharmaceutical giant during Donald Trump’s presidency.

Journalist Glen Greenwald pointed to Blinken as a textbook example of a neoliberal corporate Democrat, infamous for touting a Beltway elite agenda largely disliked by the general public. In similar fashion to neocon warhawk John Bolton, it appears that Blinken’s support for the most disastrous foreign policy mistake in American history isn’t going to prevent him from sauntering into the avenues of power, if he ends up getting confirmed as a President Biden’s Secretary of State.

Blinken would go on to support Barack Obama’s disastrous regime change operation in the 2011 Libyan Civil War, setting up the North African country for a decade of instability and eventually becoming a trafficking hub for exploited migrants seeking to reach Europe. Blinken was a National Security Advisor to the Vice President at the time.

If Biden ends up getting inaugurated, President Donald Trump will become the first US president in decades not to engage the United States in a new foreign conflict in office. (Bill Clinton and Barack Obama instigated US involvement in wars in Yugoslavia and Libya respectively.
