Convicted Rapist Ignored Deportation Order, Re-Attacked Victim After Release from Jail

An illegal alien living near Seattle was released from jail after serving time for rape, only to ignore his deportation order and track down his rape victim whom he allegedly beat and strangled.

“Francisco Carranza-Ramirez was supposed to board a flight to California and return to his native Mexico on Monday after King County Superior Court Judge Nicole Gaines Phelps agreed not to impose community custody, or probation, following his release from jail last week, court records show,” according to The Seattle Times.

Instead, Carranza-Ramirez ignored the court mandate, and again attacked his original victim.

“Carranza-Ramirez was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault, felony harassment, intimidating a witness and felony violation of a sexual-assault protection order in connection with the attack on the victim,” the report said.

He allegedly found the woman whom he was convicted of raping in September 2018 – who is partially paralyzed and uses a wheelchair – and beat and strangled her. She suffered a concussion and multiple seizures from the attack.

The suspect is now on the run and wanted by authorities.

The brutal attack on a defenseless victim comes amid a time of gridlock in Washington, D.C. on the issue of border security.

Big League Politics reported:

President Donald J. Trump has declared a national state of emergency, for which several heavily-blue states immediately sued his administration. Democrats refuse to budge on the issue, unwilling to secure America’s borders. As illegal border crossings surge, they blocked a meaningful amount of wall funding in the 2019 federal budget.

In what many conservatives see as a colossal failure, the Republican Congress, led by former Speaker Paul Ryan, current Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, failed to deliver wall funding to the president’s desk during all of 2017 and 2018, when Republicans held the House, the Senate, and the White House.
