A crazed liberal who harassed a Trump supporter in a “Make America Great Again” hat at a restaurant before publicizing the incident in a Twitter post has been revealed as a former Democrat National Committee staffer.

TJ Helmstetter initially bragged about the incident before being piled on publicly for his unhinged, intolerant behavior. He then locked down his Twitter after realizing how badly he embarrassed himself in a series of posts.

Daily Mail reporter David Martosko pointed out that Helmstetter once worked as regional press secretary for the Democratic National Committee in 2016.

In an op/ed that Helmstetter wrote for The Hill in 2017, he is credited in the byline as an employee “in the communications department of the Democratic National Committee from July 2015 until December 2016, ending the cycle as Associate Communications Director.”

His by-line indicated that Helmstetter is a veteran Democratic Party operative working in “communications efforts at the Progressive Change Campaign Committee, the Working Families Party, and three U.S. House races.”

In a subsequent post, Helmstetter described how the management of the Hill Country Barbecue and Market refused to kowtow to his demands after he called them demanding reprisal after the fact.

“Just called the manager there and his answer was “we are an equal opportunity restaurant who welcomes all political viewpoints” before hanging up on me. cool, except MAGA hats actually make clear that POC and LGBT are not welcome at all,” he wrote in a Tweet.

Helmstetter’s incomprehensible blow up is emblematic of the mass insanity that is taking hold within the Democratic Party. It is not a few bad liberal apples who have lost their marbles because of President Trump, but rather, the entire bunch has embraced senseless radicalism, and their extremism is threatening the safety of others.

SICK: University of Rhode Island Professor Erik Loomis Believes There’s “Nothing Wrong” With Murder of Aaron Danielson

Why is he still teaching?

A University of Rhode Island professor argued that there is “nothing wrong” with the murder of Portland conservative demonstrator Jay Danielson last month on his personal blog. Danielson, a Patriot Prayer demonstator, was murdered by “100% ANTIFA” militant Michael Reinoehl. Reinoehl admitted to the murder shortly before being killed by US Marshals, who sought to apprehend the homicide suspect when he wielded an assault rifle.

Loomis, who identifies himself as a historian on Twitter, rebutted an argument citing that Reinoehl admitted to murdering Danielson. On a blog comment, he wrote, “he killed a fascist. I see nothing wrong with it, at least from a moral perspective.

He went on to elaborate in his defense of the murder in a later blog comment.

Yes, sometimes violence is necessary, say to avoid greater physical harm, i.e. self-defense, or to defeat a literal army of fascists who are trying to kill people. But, ideologically, I think the idea that violence is good if it’s against our political enemies is a core part of fascism, and so the ideological opposition to that idea should be its opposite – that violence as a general rule is bad, unless the specific context of that situation requires a violent response.

Reinoehl laid in wait in a Portland parking lot to ambush and murder Aaron Danielson during a Patriot Prayer caravan through the city, chambering a handgun before he even approached Danielson. He was charged with second-degree murder in the killing, although his death at the hands of law enforcement serving his arrest warrant ensures he won’t face a trial for his actions.

Loomis has gone on to accost anyone who challenges his endorsement of the murder as a “fascist.”

Sick, violent leftist.
