Showboat Attorney and Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenatti ran into someone who recognized him at a California shopping mall on Sunday. From the sound of it, he was less than thrilled to be addressed with his famous moniker, erupting into a tirade when the individual declined to call him by his name.
In a video surfacing on the Twitter of provocateur and prankster Jacob Wohl(with whom the CPL is known for having something of an ongoing feud), Avenatti was featured confronting a man and demanding that he be referred to as ‘Michael.’
Unfortunately for the CPL, he’s in no position to be demanding how Americans refer to him. Many prominent political commentators have argued the moniker fits him perfectly, on the basis of his work as an attorney for adult performer Stormy Daniels. Avenatti seems to have a pattern of behavior of insisting that his critics refrain from using the nickname for him- going so far as to cancel bookings on Tucker Carlson tonight, agreeing only to appear on the basis that Tucker promise not to use the epithet in reference to him.
Avenatti recently had a falling out with Daniels, who revealed that the CPL started a GoFundMe in her name without her permission- probably filtering money from donors directly to the coffers of his bankrupt legal operation.
Mike, Michael, or CPL- whatever you want to be called- you have much bigger concerns than the nickname the general public chooses to refer to you as.
