DELUSIONAL: Liz Cheney Compares Herself to Abraham Lincoln After Crushing Primary Loss, Hints Presidential Run

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) was overwhelmingly rejected by Wyoming Republican voters on Tuesday, but that has not put an end the sad neocon’s delusions of grandeur.

After getting defeated by over 30 points by her Trump-backed challenger Harriet Hageman, Cheney compared herself to Abraham Lincoln and hinted at a future run for the presidency.

“Abraham Lincoln was defeated in elections for the Senate and House before he won the most important election of all,” she said.

Her words can be seen here:

After Cheney was defeated in humiliating fashion, President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform to rub salt in the wound, as the GOP becomes a solidly America First party under his leadership.

“This is a wonderful result for America, and a complete rebuke of the Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs,” he wrote, referring to U.S. House committee investigating Jan. 6.

“Liz Cheney should be ashamed of herself, the way she acted, and her spiteful, sanctimonious words and actions towards others. Now she can finally disappear into the depths of political oblivion where, I am sure, she will be much happier than she is right now,” he added.

Big League Politics has reported on Cheney colluding with Democrats on the Jan. 6 committee to destroy the rule of law and deny Trump’s ability to run for president in 2024 for a third time:

During an interview with ABC News on January 2, 2021, Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney declared that Donald Trump should never be permitted to run for the presidency again. She cited Trump’s alleged failure to to stop the January 6th storming of the Capitol.

“The Briefing Room at the White House is just a mere few steps from the Oval Office,” declared Cheney. “The president could have at any moment walked those very few steps into the Briefing Room, gone on live television, and told his supporters who were assaulting the Capitol to stop, and he failed to do so.”
