DOJ Investigates Elon Musk’s SpaceX for Not Hiring Enough Foreign Workers

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced an investigation into Elon Musk’s SpaceX for hiring too many American-born workers and not enough foreigners.

The DOJ is claiming that the hiring practices of SpaceX are noncompliant with federal law. This is based off of a complaint made to the DOJ’s Immigrant and Employee Rights Section, and the DOJ claims that SpaceX has stonewalled an administrative subpoena pertaining to the case.

“The charge alleges that on or about March 10, 2020, during the Charging Party’s interview for the position of Technology Strategy Associate, SpaceX made inquiries about his citizenship status and ultimately failed to hire him for the position because he is not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident,” DOJ attorney Lisa Sandoval wrote in a court document that was filed on Thursday.

The Biden regime is steadfastly focused on making sure that foreigners, even if they are illegals, get a leg up over native-born American workers as the nation’s managed decline continues.

Big League Politics has reported on President-imposed Biden’s amnesty rampage that will effectively nullify the economic gains made by American workers while Trump was in office:

President Joe Biden suspended new admissions into the Trump administration’s “Migrant Protection Protocols” through executive order on his first day in office, eroding a critical protection against asylum fraud and illegal immigration enacted by his predecessor.

The Migrant Protection Protocols mandated that the overwhelming majority of migrants who present themselves at the southern border and request asylum wait for the full adjudication of their asylum cases in Mexico, as opposed to the United States. The policy, which declined illegal immigrants a quick and easy pathway into the country through making a dubious asylum claim, proved highly effective at deterring mass illegal migration.

President Biden is also bringing a halt to many deportations, enacting a 100-day freeze on ICE removal operations. Exceptions for deportees include illegal migrants who have just been caught entering the country, and migrants currently incarcerated in jails, immigration detention centers, and prisons.

Biden’s gutting of immigration enforcement will serve as a de facto invitation for incoming caravans of migrants from Central America, who believe that the pro-amnesty President will provide them with United States residency, citizenship and public services.

Musk and other entrepreneurs will be forced to become junior partners in the destruction of America or pay the consequences. Biden’s policies will help globalists and foreign interests at the direct expense of American workers.
