Election Fraud Researchers Behind '2000 Mules' are Jailed by Federal Judge for Refusing to Unmask Whistleblower

Tue the Vote founders Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips have been jailed for contempt of court for refusing to unmask a whistleblower, called a “person of interest” in a defamation and computer hacking case against the election fraud researchers.

Engelbrecht and Phillips do not want to give up the whistleblower’s identity because unmasking the person would put him in potential danger with drug cartels. The court is demanding they give up their source, jeopardize their credibility, and undermine their life’s work. They have refused and were put in jail under an order from U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt as a result.

This stems from a lawsuit filed by Konnech, a software company that manages elections. They claimed that the organization’s CEO Eugene Yu received threats and suffered professional liability because of True the Vote’s claims.

Yu was arrested in Michigan earlier this month under suspicion of stealing personally-identifying information through his firm and funneling it over to communist China. Nevertheless, Engelbrecht and Phillips have still been jailed as a result of this ridiculous case – as a Soviet-style legal regime is enacted on proponents of election integrity.

The research from Engelbrecht and Phillips has been used in the popular “2000 Mules” documentary, which has been the most powerful evidence of 2020 presidential election fraud presented to the public, as Big League Politics has reported:

The clips shown during the interview are shocking additions to the already voluminous evidence of the many coordinated attacks against then-President Donald Trump in 2020.

Englebrecht, founder and president of True the Vote, spoke about the origins of the film, explaining that, “We started our investigation, really, it started when we opened up our election integrity hotline,” relating that the calls they were taking from concerned citizens had a noticeable pattern, giving them clues of what they’d need to zero in on in order to uncover what was happening.

She went on to talk about trying to strategize about how her and her team would be able to get the information out to the American public and her frustrations with government officials not taking action on the evidence they’d gathered. She recalled thinking of the historical significance of the circumstances surrounding the 2020 contest, saying to herself that the “election was rigged and stolen” and wondering how they would sound the alarm.

Gregg Phillips, a True the Vote board member and former deputy Health and Human Services commissioner in the state of Texas, spoke about his frustrations investigating voter fraud in Georgia, highlighting the failures and cowardice of Governor Kemp and the indifference he experienced as he tried to bring the evidence he had compiled to law enforcement’s attention. He claimed to have met with investigators and presented his findings, but that no action was taken by any of the officials in attendance.”
