Election Transparency Organization Files Lawsuit Against California County For Refusing to Reveal Foreigners Registered to Vote

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) recently filed a lawsuit against election officials in Alameda County, California, where Oakland and Berkeley are located, for its refusal to reveal those foreign nationals who are registered on voter rolls and have voted in previous elections.
PILF specifically sued Alameda County Registrar of Voters Timothy Dupuis, alleging that he violated the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) when he refused to provide all records connected to foreign nationals voting in the area.
“For more than four months, we have been trying to obtain records about foreign nationals getting on the voter roll,” PILF President J. Christian Adams stated:
Alameda County’s lack of transparency is concerning as we enter a presidential election year. The public has a right to inspect election records, including these important records that reveal mistakes and errors by election officials.
In September 2023, PILF requested that Alameda County election officials provide all records revealing the exact number of foreign nationals who had their voter registrations canceled, in addition to records of all foreign nationals who voted prior to having their registration nullified.
The following month, PILF notified Dupuis that his office violated the NVRA, which mandates counties and states to turn over records on voter rolls and voting history. Dupuis’ office hinted at making these records available to PILF, if the office possesses them, by filing in the middle of January 2024.
However, lawyers working with PILF, claimed to have not heard back from Alameda County officials.
What’s occurring in Alameda County has become a national development thanks to the ruling class’s mass importation of millions of foreign migrants that demographically and politically dispossessed white Americans.
