Elon Musk is Ready to Go to War with the ‘Media Elite’ to Elevate ‘Citizen Journalism’ on Twitter

Even amidst the turmoil at Twitter, technocrat Elon Musk is undaunted in his mission to make the platform a freer and better place for the spread of information.
Musk wrote on Friday that Twitter will democratize media and empower the people to spread the truth, which is the opposite of what the platform was being used for when he took it over.
“As Twitter pursues the goal of elevating citizen journalism, media elite will try everything to stop that from happening,” he said.
“Mainstream media will still thrive, but increased competition from citizens will cause them to be more accurate, as their oligopoly on information is disrupted,” Musk added.

As Musk attempts to improve Twitter, he is being trashed by the traditional media with many different hit pieces.
“He’s still threatening to fire those who miss deadlines or who work remotely, as he has elsewhere, but without making Twitter a place that most people would want to work in the first place,” establishment media organ Axios wrote. Even worse, many Twitter employees believe he is recklessly degrading the core product, which is what they’d been excited to work on in the first place.”
“If we do not do bold moves, how will we make great improvements? We have to be adventuresome here and then I think we will make really big leaps,” Musk said amidst the turbulence caused by his takeover of Twitter.

“Technocrat Elon Musk is bemoaning “activist groups” who he claims are conspiring to try and “destroy free speech in America.”
Musk talked about the concerted campaign by these activist groups to target advertisers and destroy the viability of Twitter following his takeover of the social media giant.
“Twitter has had a massive drop in revenue, due to activist groups pressuring advertisers, even though nothing has changed with content moderation and we did everything we could to appease the activists,” Musk said.
“Extremely messed up! They’re trying to destroy free speech in America,” he added.

Previously, Musk had bended the knee to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and other far-left thought control groups thinking that would get them off his back.
Unfortunately for Musk, these groups now see blood in the water after Musk showed fealty toward them. They are doubling down their pressure efforts as a direct result. The lesson here: Never appease the woke mob.”
The global elite will do everything they can to ensure Musk’s failure. He must continue onward and overcome the institutional pushback in order to defend digital free speech.
