EXCLUSIVE: State Department Phone Thief Is Believed To Be An Illegal Alien With Past Arrests and Deportation

The man who was arrested for breaking in and stealing phones at two State Department offices is believed to be an illegal alien with a criminal history who was previously apprehended crossing the southern border.
Civilian data reveals that “Joel Enriquez-Bueno” is an illegal alien who used fake Social Security and welfare cards, and has a history of arrests and deportation.
The Washington Post named Enriquez-Bueno after he was arrested for breaking in and stealing phones and other “electronic equipment” from State Department offices in both Washington, D.C. and Arlington, Virginia on the same day. He was charged with these crimes: grand larceny, grand larceny with intent to sell, breaking and entering, giving a false identity to police.
The suspect had “no known fixed address,” according to the Post.
The Western District of Texas El Paso Division has the 2016 District Court complaint for United States of America v. Enriquez-Bueno, Joel. He was charged under 8 USC 1326:
“Being an alien to the United States, enter, attempt to enter, and was found in the United States after having been previously excluded, deported, and removed from the United States without receiving permission to reapply for admission to the United States from the Attorney General of the United States and the Secretary of Homeland Security, the successor pursuant to Title 6, United States Code, Sections 202(3), 202(4), and 557.”
Investigator Steve Salvi, founder of Ohio Jobs & Justice PAC, obtained court records showing prior arrests for the suspect, but a judge only granted him some of the documents on the illegal alien.
“According to court records, he is an illegal alien with no known address, no money, but able to get multiple past arrest charges for assault from 2013 dismissed in New Jersey. In 2016 he was caught in possession with an illegally issued New York State Benefit card and U.S. Social Security card. Any individual, prosecutor, or city found violating the law by providing him sanctuary, should be prosecuted,” Salvi said in a statement provided to Big League Politics.
“Any breach of security is bad. If State Department security was breached by a foreign national, it doesn’t get worse. This breach could have resulted in espionage, a shooting, or bombing in addition to theft of devices that may contain sensitive if not classified information.”
“This should be a wake up call not only for State but those who also oppose border infrastructure, call to abolish ICE, and create sanctuaries for criminal illegal aliens like Joel Enriquez-Bueno. ”
“It’s time our public officials stop ignoring the lessons of 9-11 and take homeland security and immigration law enforcement seriously,” Salvi stated.
