Kathy Manning, Democrat challenger in North Carolina’s 13th Congressional District race, made an appearance at a voter meet and greet at Greensboro Technical Community College Thursday, where she refused to answer media questions.
Her staff attempted to block BLP’s cameras as she spoke with two potential constituents, and then quickly headed for the exit. Among the questions Manning would not answer were whether she would denounce radical leftist Antifa violence, whether she planned on fighting with potential Democrat colleagues to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and why she has accepted thousands of dollars from Silicon Valley in campaign donations.
She is running against incumbent Rep. Ted Budd (R-N.C.).
