Failed Congressman Scott Taylor’s Staffer Indicted for Election Fraud

The Paul Ryan ally, who lost his reelection bid last summer, is facing scrutiny for his campaign’s practices.

A staffer for a failed anti-Trump former congressman from Virginia has been indicted for election fraud, according to Monday reports.

“Special prosecutor Donald Caldwell announced the indictment in a statement Monday,” said WAVY. “He did not identify the staffer who worked on Scott Taylor’s campaign in Virginia’s coastal 2nd Congressional District, but Virginia Beach Court records identify the staffer is Lauren Creekmore.”

The incumbent Republican congressman lost his reelection bid last summer, during which there was a great deal of controversy.

His campaign allegedly forged signatures so a third candidate would appear on the ballot, thus splitting the vote. The candidate was eventually removed from the ballot in what was described as “out-and-out” fraud.

“Whatever their motivation for that decision was, the bottom line is that circulating petitions in accordance with the law on behalf of a third party is not a crime,” Caldwell reportedly said. “However, at some point between June 1, 2018, and June 12, 2018, it is clear that individuals decided to engage in activity that was a violation of Virginia law.”

Taylor said in a statement Monday:

The special prosecutor’s release today makes it concretely clear, as I have maintained all along, I knew nothing about any illegal actions that transpired. Further it is entirely appropriate to hold those accountable for their actions in this matter.

It was also a breach of public trust to see the Democrats falsely state I was under investigation, when they knew this was never the case, and direct the creation of ads containing numerous demonstrably false statements. Today serves as a complete repudiation of the smears and lies leveled against me in the campaign last year. I was not ever aware of any wrongdoing by my campaign until the allegations came to light. Today’s release by the special prosecutor is complete vindication in that regard.

Given the positive polling before the petition issue came to light and the close loss we suffered on Election Day, it is clear the the millions spent by the dishonest Democrats impacted the outcome of the race.

Since I was 18, I have been called to service. That call has not subsided in me and I intend to stay engaged. I have lived up to the standards of integrity and character instilled in me by mother, mentor, and the military throughout my time in public office. The update provided on the investigation today confirms that.

Taylor, a Paul Ryan ally, has a questionable record. He was accused of threatening to blow up a Numbers USA office in late 2017. Numbers USA is an anti-amnesty group.

BREAKING: Trump Reveals Mitch McConnell BEGGED For His Endorsement in Scathing Takedown Statement

Possibly the most brutal takedown since Jeb Bush.

“The Republican Party can never again be respected or strong with political ‘leaders’ like Sen. Mitch McConnell at its helm.”

This was the powerful first sentence of former President Donald Trump’s most recent incredible and high energy press statement released Tuesday afternoon. The complete disavowal and humiliation of McConnell comes to no surprise after the supposedly Republican Senate Minority Leader backstabbed President Trump multiple times after the November 4th election. More recently, McConnell has been focusing on appeasing his Democratic friends and repudiating Trump time and time again, consistently referring to Trump as a “disgrace” and mocking Trump supporters as insurrectionists.

In an almost reminiscent 2016 Candidate Trump fashion, the 45th President of the United States responded to McConnell’s treachery by verbally tearing him apart, limb by limb:

“Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again.”

Big League Politics has previously reported on Minority Traitor McConnell quite a number of times this past week as he continues to slander Donald Trump and the Republican voter base. McConnell encouraged the unconstitutional impeachment trial of now private citizen Trump, he has betrayed his own voter base who now overwhelming disapproves of him, he denounced Trump and his supporters as “conspiracy theorists” and “criminals“, and McConnell has also recently announced that he will attempt to prevent future pro-MAGA Republican candidates from running.

Read the full statement here:

Trump has repeatedly said, even before he got involved in politics, that loyalty is one of the most important things to him. When someone is disloyal to Trump he sees it as a “great act of horror” and has also publicly stated: “I love getting even with people.”

Trump also announced in his press release that he will support candidates in a primary against McConnell and any Republican politicians that betrayed him and the MAGA movement.

Interestingly enough, Trump also asserted that McConnell “begged” for Trump’s endorsement, and Trump is the only reason McConnell had any chance at winning reelection. As Trump put it:

He went from one point down to 20 points up, and won. How quickly he forgets. Without my endorsement, McConnell would have lost, and lost badly. Now, his numbers are lower than ever before, he is destroying the Republican side of the Senate, and in so doing, seriously hurting our Country.

While 2026 (the year McConnell will be up for reelection) seems relatively far out, Donald Trump affirms he’ll be there. The lion awaits patiently, vengefully, and lacks any remorse for the jackals that betrayed him.
