Federal Judge Slaps Restrictions on Trump’s Actions in Portland Following ACLU Lawsuit

The system once again protects the rioting terrorists.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is celebrating after a federal judge issued a ruling to curtail the Trump administration’s response to lawless rioting in Portland, Ore.

U.S. District Judge Michael Simon put an injunction on the Trump administration barring federal forces from targeting so-called journalists and legal observers at Portland riots. The injunction will make it far more difficult for order to be restored on the streets besieged by left-wing terror.

“This order is a victory for the rule of law,” said Jann Carson, interim executive director of the ACLU of Oregon, in a press release. “Federal agents from Trump’s Departments of Homeland Security and Justice are terrorizing the community, threatening lives, and relentlessly attacking journalists and legal observers documenting protests. These are the actions of a tyrant, and they have no place anywhere in America.”

“The Trump administration is deploying federal agents around the country in a senseless and brutal attempt to silence dissent,” said Vera Eidelman, staff attorney with the ACLU’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project. “We are working to make sure that this unconstitutional nightmare ends in Portland, and is not replicated anywhere else.”

Big League Politics has reported on President Trump’s “Operation Diligent Valor” aimed at restoring law and order on streets plagued with violence and mayhem due to the rise of the Black Lives Matter terror movement:

President Donald Trump has launched “Operation Diligent Valor” to clean up the streets of Portland that have been besieged by ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter for weeks, according to court documents leaked to the press.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is deploying over 100 agents to the city of Portland to deal with the terror that has turned the town into a permanent hellscape. They are in the city to protect federal buildings from vandalism. The DHS Rapid Deployment Force has been used to stop the terror rampage.

Liberals are whining about law and order being inflicted in the city by the Trump administration. Left-wing journalists are filing a lawsuit against the city of Portland, the U.S. Marshals Service, and DHS alleging they attempted to “intimidate the press” by attacking them.

“On the morning of July 4th, the DHS Rapid Deployment Force implemented tactics intended to positively identify and arrest serious offenders for crimes such as assault, while protecting the rights of individuals engaged in protected free speech activity,” Federal Protective Services (FPS) regional director Gabriel Russell wrote about the operation.

Despite the push back, the Trump administration maintains that the program will continue. The White House wants to restore law and order in Portland while Mayor Ted Wheeler refuses to do anything to stop left-wing terror.

“We will maintain our presence,” said Ken Cuccinelli, the acting Department of Homeland Security deputy secretary, to CNN. “When that violence recedes and those threats recede, that is when we would ratchet back down to what I would call normal presence defending and protecting federal facilities.”

The system has been gamed to protect left-wing terrorists at war with the Bill of Rights and Constitution. The country may face a thousand years of darkness if Trump does not win re-election in November.

Sen. Josh Hawley Folds? Blames Trump for ‘Inflammatory, Irresponsible, Wrong’ Comments

Hawley is no leader.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) has been criticized for leading the GOP’s electoral college objection amidst widespread allegations of voter fraud, and he has responded by throwing former President Donald Trump under the bus.

Hawley issued a statement to oppose the impeachment of Trump following the conclusion of his presidency, which is unprecedented and unlawful, in which he threw Trump under the bus and essentially blamed him for the violence in the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

In the aftermath of the violence, many left-wing voices accused Hawley of sedition and treason for asking for an investigation into a laundry list of irregularities that have been widely ignored by authorities.

There have even been calls by Democrats to revoke the will of the people by ejecting Hawley from office in order to punish him for drawing attention to voter fraud, as Big League Politics has reported:

Conventional wisdom can often be misleading and at times dangerous if we believe in it too strongly.

Take for example West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin. He is constantly marketed as the Democrats’ most moderate Senator. There is a grain of truth to this. Manchin has publicly stated that he opposes ending the filibuster and has also poured cold water on $2,000 stimulus checks. But that’s where the moderation ends.

Manchin is now saying that the Senate should entertain the idea of expelling Senators Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) by using the 14th Amendment over their recent decision to challenge the Electoral College results.

On PBS’s Firing Line, Manchin said the Senate should look into the option after right-wing activists stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Manchin is of the opinion that President Donald Trump and Senators like Hawley and Cruz “incited” these demonstrators.

“That should be a consideration,” Manchin stated. “He understands that. Ted’s a very bright individual, and I get along fine with Ted, but what he did was totally outside of the realm of our responsibilities or our privileges.”

According to the 14th Amendment, no elected official “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

Hyped up leftist pundits believe that the 14th amendment is applicable to Cruz and Hawley due to how they allegedly “incited” the riot by talking about electoral fraud and pointing out electoral irregularities.

Hawley finally caved under the pressure, and he has shown he is not the man to take the reigns to lead the America First movement after Trump.
