Feds Charge Infowars Reporter Owen Shroyer for Reporting From Capitol Steps During Jan. 6 Protest

The federal government has charged Infowars reporter Owen Shroyer because he reported from the steps of the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 protest.

Shroyer is one of the more visible Infowars reporters, often reporting live from the scene and getting into confrontations. He was recently ejected from a Texas Rangers baseball game for holding a “Trump Won” banner.
What makes the timing of these charges so odd is they come on the same day when it had been widely reported that none of the individuals charged with crimes on Jan. 6 had been involved in any sort of an insurrection or coup.
Big League Politics reported on how the federal case regarding Jan. 6 is falling apart, with no evidence showing any sort of an insurrection or coup took place that day:
“The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is admitting there is no evidence of any sort of insurrection or coup plot regarding the Jan. 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol.
This admission drives a stake through the heart of the Democrats’ push to bring the war on terror to the homeland for use against their political opposition.
Reuters has talked to federal law enforcement officials to confirm that there is no proof showing that President Donald Trump or right-wing groups plotted a coup or insurrection in advance of the event. Instead, it was a mostly peaceful protest against election fraud.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
While certain individuals may have shown up ready and willing to commit violence, there was no coordinated plot to overthrow the government or attack the U.S. Capitol.“
Even though Infowars host Alex Jones and Shroyer’s former War Room co-host, Roger Stone, have been cleared of plotting any sort of insurrection or coup, they are trying to make an example of Shroyer by hitting him with dubious charges.
The Biden regime is conducting a Soviet-style government punishing dissidents with phony charges and show trials, and Jan. 6 is their Reichstag Fire event to rip up the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
