FINALLY: General Michael Flynn’s Case is Dismissed as Crooked Judge Whines about Trump’s Pardon

A miscarriage of justice has been avoided.

General Michael Flynn’s case has finally been dismissed following a pardon from President Donald Trump, despite the best efforts of crooked federal Judge Emmet Sullivan.

Sullivan did all he could to extend Flynn’s case as long as possible, even after it was publicly revealed that the FBI’s investigation was highly improper. He was eventually forced to dismiss the case.

Even though he was forced to dismiss the case, Sullivan still ran his mouth about the case afterward and attempted to drag Flynn’s name through the mud.

“The history of the Constitution, its structure, and the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the pardon power make clear that President Trump’s decision to pardon Mr. Flynn is a political decision, not a legal one. Because the law recognizes the President’s political power to pardon, the appropriate course is to dismiss this case as moot,” Sullivan wrote.

He also implied that Flynn was guilty saying that “a pardon does not necessarily render ‘innocent’ a defendant of any alleged violation of the law.”

“Indeed, the Supreme Court has recognized that the acceptance of a pardon implies a ‘confession’ of guilt,” Sullivan added.

Big League Politics has reported on how Sullivan dropped any pretense of judicial impartiality to extend the deep state’s witch hunt against Flynn as long as possible:

U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is trying to revive the federal case against General Michael Flynn weeks after it was officially dismissed.

According to the Washington Post, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has decided to revisit the Department of Justice’s decision to drop the case at Sullivan’s behest. Sullivan has been on a crusade against Flynn for months, which Flynn’s attorneys claim is politically motivated. He was appointed to the bench by former President Bill Clinton.

“The district court has hijacked and extended a criminal prosecution for almost three months for its own purposes,” Flynn attorneys Sidney Powell and Jesse Binnall told the court.

“To allow Judge Sullivan to delay and generate litigation against a criminal defendant is unconstitutional,” they added, because the “Executive Branch has exclusive authority and absolute discretion to decide whether to prosecute a case.”

Sullivan has failed in other attempts to keep the case going, which have included appealing to a retired federal judge and retaining a high-profile trial lawyer. He has let his objectivity slip with his aggressive lobbying campaign against Flynn, who was able to narrowly escape the deep state railroading against him.

Sullivan’s reprehensible behavior demonstrates how a complicit judiciary has allowed the deep state to run rampant, destroy lives and systemic violate the law.

Left-Wing Extremist Charged in Alleged Florida Capitol Attack Identified Soros as “Sponsor”

Daniel Alan Baker had bragged of a Soros sponsorship.

A left-wing extremist arrested and charged with a terrorist plot to confront and kidnap protestors at the Florida Capitol identified billionaire George Soros as his “sponsor” in a YouTube video. Daniel Alan Baker, 33, has been federally charged with transmitting a threat to kidnap or injure.

Baker appears to have fought overseas with a Kurdish militia group identified as a terrorist organization by the State Department, the Marxist PKK. He’s an Army veteran who appears to have been discharged after going AWOL before a deployment.

Baker has been charged for an alleged plot involving a group of armed leftists surrounding pro-Trump protestors at the Florida Capitol in Tallahassee on the day of Joe Biden’s inauguration. It’s unclear if right-wing protestors even intend to demonstrate at the site, and Baker’s dangerous attempt to incite an armed confrontation may never have advanced beyond speculative stages.

A “call to arms” flier seen on Baker’s YouTube channel calls for Florida residents to surround supposed “racists” and to “trap them inside” the State Capitol, advocating for the kidnapping of supposed Inauguration demonstrators.

In a YouTube video calling for doxxing attempts on individuals present at the raucous US Capitol riot, Baker brags of having acquired the globalist oligarch as a “sponsor,” implying that the megabillionaire had provided him with an “antifa card.”

Baker’s remarks may have been hyperbole, intentionally seeking to draw attention from critics of the Hungarian-born liberal kingpin.

A charging affidavit also alleges that Baker advocated for the assassination of United States military officers on his YouTube channel, a threat that could potentially incur even more serious criminal charges.

The FBI believes that Baker intended to assassinate Turkish military personnel training in the United States, and that he was on the scene during Seattle’s Capital Hill Autonomous Zone anarchist rebellion. Baker identified himself as a “hardcore leftist” on his personal social media, as well, urging his followers to “prepare for war” after the November 3rd election.
