FLASHBACK: Hundreds of Left-Wing Rioters HAD CHARGES DROPPED After Terrorizing President Trump’s Inauguration

The fake news media and Democrat politicians are calling for participants in the U.S. Capitol protest last week to be punished harshly for their bold and controversial demonstration against Congressional corruption, but these left-wing interests had no problem looking the other way when ANTIFA terrorists menaced President Donald Trump’s inauguration.
It was reported by the USA Today in 2018 that hundreds of left-wing agitators who were charged during the inauguration attacks ultimately had their charges dropped. Only one individual was convicted on a felony charge, with 20 others pleading guilty to misdemeanors, and six people being acquitted. ANTIFA essentially received a slap on the wrist for organizing a coordinated campaign of political terror against their opponents.
The U.S. Attorney’s office paid lip service to the heinousness of the ANTIFA terror while letting the perpetrators slip by with little to no consequences.
“The destruction that occurred during these criminal acts was in sharp contrast to the peaceful demonstrations and gatherings that took place over the Inauguration weekend in the District of Columbia, and created a danger for all who were nearby,” a statement from U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu said.
“In light of the results in the cases brought to trial, however, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has now moved to dismiss charges against the 38 remaining defendants in this matter,” Liu said after the ANTIFA-linked suspects were allowed to walk.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) put pressure on the Washington D.C. police with a lawsuit to facilitate the freeing of these dangerous leftists. They claimed cops engaged in an “unlawful mass roundup” to arrest the thugs. Don’t expect the ACLU to file a lawsuit to stop the Orwellian dragnet round-up of Capitol rally participants any time soon.

As individuals are rounded up and prosecuted for attending last week’s riot in the U.S. Capitol, a clear picture is emerging of who conducted the attack. It was not ANTIFA agitators, but Trump supporters who decided to make a stand.
An analysis of 120 individuals arrested or seen in the riot has shown that Republican Party officials and donors were involved in the historic Capitol siege. They were joined by QAnon supporters, members of patriotic groups, and even a handful of extremists.
Two individuals identified as participating in the melee, Lonnie Leroy Coffman and Cleveland Grover Meredith Jr., are vocal Trump supporters. Three QAnon supporters – Doug Jensen, Tara Coleman and Jake Chansley – were involved as well. Chansley has gained infamy as the QAnon Shaman, marching into the House chamber shirtless with viking horns.
This flies in the face of what many Republican lawmakers and pro-Trump talking heads are saying in the aftermath of the siege. They are trying to claim that it was really ANTIFA who was behind this in a desperate attempt to save face with the media.
“If the reports are true, some of the people who breached the Capitol today were not Trump supporters. They were masquerading as Trump supporters and, in fact, were members of the violent terrorist group ANTIFA,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said.
“And so, by the time I got out there 20 minutes, 30 minutes before Trump finished his speech there were already hundreds of thousands of people ahead of me marching. And before Trump ever took the stage, ANTIFA, dressed up – over a hundred of them – as patriots, was there,” Infowars host Alex Jones said.
However, journalist Andy Ngo, an expert on ANTIFA domestic terrorism, says that he has seen no evidence that ANTIFA was involved or capable of co-opting a rally in such a manner.
“The people occupying the Capitol building do not look like ANTIFA people dressed in Trump gear or Trump costumes,” Ngo told The Washington Examiner.
The systemic oppression of institutional power against Trump supporters is obvious and will only become more undeniable after the Biden regime seizes power.
