Florida Couple Jailed for Not Abiding by Quarantine Mandates After Video Tip From Citizen Snitch

COVID-19 fear has bred a new Soviet-style informant system.

A hispanic Key West couple has been jailed after a citizen snitch filmed them violating state quarantine edicts and then reported them to authorities.

Jose Interian, 24, and Yohana Gonzalez, 26, were arrested on Wednesday and charged with violating emergency management disaster preparedness rules and violating isolation rules for a quarantine. They had reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 but did not isolate themselves like lepers following the diagnosis, which is no longer permissible in post-freedom America.

“There were complaints from the neighborhood of them continuing to be outside, going about normal life functions,” said Greg Veliz, Key West’s city manager.

Nine partygoers are facing subpoenas after refusing to submit to invasive contact tracing measures from authorities that would invade their privacy rights.

The situation stems from a party that was held in Rockland County, New York on June 17, drawing a crowd of roughly 100 people, most of whom were in their 20s. The party was a violation of state edicts issued by Gov. Andrew Cuomo that were in place at the time banning gatherings of over ten people.

Eight guests at the party ultimately tested positive for coronavirus, which prompted county officials to send contact tracers to harass others who attended the party. The young people were not about to comply with the harassment from the snoopers.

“My staff has been told that a person does not wish to, or have to, speak to my disease investigators,” said Dr. Patricia Schnabel Ruppert, who serves as Rockland County health commissioner, on Wednesday.

“They hang up. They deny being at the party even though we have their names from another party attendee,” she said about the individuals who have been contacted for allegedly being at the party.

County officials issued subpoenas on Wednesday to eight people who they believe attended the problematic party. These people will face $2,000-per-day fines unless they comply and assist the county’s Orwellian surveillance program.

Government officials hope to make an example of these people for refusing to surrender to fear and living their lives.

“I will not allow the health of our county to be compromised because of ignorance, stupidity or obstinance, or anything else,” Ed Day, the Rockland County executive, said at a news conference.

In addition to the economic damage and the psychological damage caused to Americans, the COVID-19 scamdemic has been used to eviscerate the Bill of Rights and Constitution, perhaps permanently. Welcome to the “new normal.”

HUGE: Phoenix, AZ Trump Parade Stretches 30 Miles, 1500 Vehicles

And they say Arizona’s a swing state.

Supporters of President Donald Trump organized a vehicular ‘parade’ in support of the President in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area on Sunday, with some accounts of the event describing it as stretching 30 miles across Phoenix highways and containing 1500 vehicles.

The formation was organized by a group called Patriots for Arizona.

Supporters of President Trump displayed American flags, pro-Trump imagery, and other banners demonstrating their support for Donald Trump. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko, who represents Arizona’s 8th District in the House of Representatives, documented the size of the pro-Trump parade on Phoenix’s I-17 highway.

More video of the highway parade indicated at least hundreds of vehicles in the formation.

Even liberals in the state admitted forlornly that the parade was striking in magnitude.

It’s overwhelming and profound to see the support and the compassion and love for this president,” said parade organizer Theresa Montoya. President Trump is slated to hold campaign rallies in Tucson and Prescott on Monday, cities outside of the Phoenix area in which he’s looking to run up support.

Arizona is increasingly depicted as a blue-leaning swing state by professional media class and elite liberals, but there’s evidence that the state is set to vote for President Trump by a margin greater than in 2016 on the ground. A recent poll indicated that President Trump has the support of 48% of voters in Maricopa County- a margin that would suggest President Trump is primed to secure more than 50% of the state’s popular vote in the November general election.

If President Trump can secure the traditionally Republican states of Arizona, Florida and North Carolina on election night, he only needs one Midwestern Rust Belt state to secure an electoral college victory. Joe Biden has pivoted away from campaign attempts to win Arizona, instead going all-in on the critical swing state of Pennsylvania.
