Florida’s State Code Would Allow Authorities to Force Shots into Kids By Any Means Necessary

This is medical tyranny.

The Florida state code has provisions that would force vaccines into adults and children by any means necessary, with COVID-19 hysteria being used as the public emergency to potentially activate this unconscionable law.

The problematic language, classified in the state code under 381.00315 pertaining to public health advisories; public health emergencies; isolation and quarantines, reads as follows:

4. Ordering an individual to be examined, tested, vaccinated, treated, isolated, or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to public health. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to be examined, tested, vaccinated, or treated for reasons of health, religion, or conscience may be subjected to isolation or quarantine.

b. If the individual poses a danger to the public health, the State Health Officer may subject the individual to isolation or quarantine. If there is no practical method to isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use any means necessary to vaccinate or treat the individual.

UndercoverDC editor-in-chief Tracy Beanz broke down the many problems with the law in a series of Twitter posts.

“This provision was added under the leadership of Jeb Bush, and it seems even the most conservative of state legislators didn’t read the bill, or didn’t care to remove it,” Beanz noted in her article about the little-known state law.

Big League Politics has reported on the frenzied vaccine push that has come about due to COVID-19 mass hysteria:

Children and minorities are being used as the guinea pigs for a vaccine trial to develop a coronavirus inoculation, as scientific experts have picked Cincinnati Children’s Hospital to begin experiments.

“What we’re looking at is a way to try to prevent the infection,” said Dr. Robert Frenck, who is the director of the hospital’s infectious diseases division and serving as lead doctor for the trial.

Big Pharma is sponsoring this controversial study, as corporate giant Pfizer will be providing the shots that will be injected into the children. It is expected to take as long as 18 months to complete the research and untold children will be affected by the experiment.

“If everything went super, super perfect, maybe the end of this year,” Frenck said. “But I think maybe the likely scenario would be trying to hope for something next spring.”

Frenck speculates that children will not be infected with coronavirus throughout the study because the vaccine does not contain the entire virus.

“It’s just going to try to make your body make antibodies against the part of the virus that we think it critical for the virus to be able to cause an infection,” he explained.

However, it will not be certain that children will avoid contracting coronavirus until the research actually is conducted. Scientists are aggressively recruiting minorities so they can be the guinea pigs for the experiments as well.

Frenck said: “One of the things we’re interested in is trying to have minority populations participate in the trials, too.”

Scientists hope to start sticking minorities and children with the experimental vaccines as soon as May 11.

COVID-19 may have been the red herring used by the globalists to usher in the age of dystopian Big Brother hell.

Alameda County, California Will PAY Those Who Test Positive for Coronavirus $1,250

Bad Idea Hall of Fame?

Published

on

A northern California county has approved a trial plan to pay anyone who tests positive for the coronavirus disease $1,250, with the idea that paying them to stay home is the only way to deter them from spreading the disease.

Alameda county supervisors are arguing that it’s the only way to prevent people from spreading the disease. “Many of them just could not afford to lose two weeks’ worth of wages to quarantine and isolate,” said policy director Vanessa Cedeño.

It’s unclear how Alameda County plans to deal with the prospect of individuals intentionally contracting coronavirus with the promise of filing for unemployment and receiving the county’s generous stipend for a positive diagnosis. The trial plan does require documentation of a positive test to receive the payment.

The plan may be geared towards illegal immigrants, as county supervisors are maintaining immigration status may not be taken into account. Recipients of the payment also can’t be receiving unemployment benefits, but it’s unclear how the county government plans to verify this.

The plan could unwitting set off a firestorm of coronavirus within the county, incentivizing hundreds or thousands of young and healthy people to intentionally procure the disease, acquire antibodies to it, and secure a Alameda County check in doing so.

There’s a strong case to be made for renewed unemployment payments, another round of TrumpBux-style payments(possibly recurring), or even more social safety measures in the duration of the coronavirus epidemic, but paying individuals on the mere basis of a coronavirus diagnosis could be a strong contender for induction into the Bad Ideas Hall of Fame.
