Former CIA Director Claims Marjorie Taylor Greene “Not fit to Hold Public Office”

In an interview on MSNBC, former CIA Director John Brennan criticized Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene for her behavior and argued that she is not fit to hold a public office because of her past and current comments.

He alluded to her recent defense of Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira, who was arrested and charged for leaking classified and sensitive military documents, which includes information about national security issues.

“…therefore, I believe she should not be involved in any type of sensitive, classified information. And she does have some clearances because of her role within the Congress and position on the committee,” added Brennan.

On top of that, he noted that Greene could keep her views that the United States should not assist Ukraine, but should also criticize the leak that allegedly harmed American interests.

Greene’s tweets on April 13, 2023 where she defended Teixeira by suggesting that he was an enemy of the Biden regime due to the fact he is a white, male, Christian, and anti-war got the attention of other elected officials and public figures.

Former Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney criticized Greene declaring that she “cannot be trusted with America’s national security information”. California Congressman Eric Swalwell also criticized Greene, describing Teixeira as “one of the biggest traitors America has ever seen.”

Brennan’s comments are reflective of the US intelligence community’s mindset. This is a community of full-fledged elitists who have a complete disregard for Middle America and hate the idea of a restrained foreign policy. To restore some semblance of sanity to US foreign policy and domestic policy, the intelligence and national security community must be thoroughly undermined.
