Former College Football Star Herschel Walker Has a Strong Message for Anti-Police Activists

On June 17, 2020, former professional and college football running back Herschel Walker exclaimed “I want them to be happy!”

He was referring to individuals who are advocating for the abolition of law enforcement.

The former football player said he is willing to work with airlines to send these anti-police advocates to countries which don’t have police.

He tweeted:

I have an idea… For all these people who don’t want any police, I’d love to meet with American Airlines, Delta, and Southwest and make a deal to fly them to countries that don’t have police. I want them to be happy!

Previously, Walker proposed a more reasonable strategy to addressing police abuse:

“We’re civilized people. Why can’t true congressmen/women and senators get together with leaders from all ethnic groups, both left and right, to find solutions… unless certain people in Washington don’t want to see a change. I’m volunteering myself as one of the black leaders.”

In addition, Walker retweeted recent posts by his son, Christian, criticizing both “people running around burning buildings” and Democrats’ tendency of scoffing at Blacks who hold conservative views.

“My dad grew up in the deep south as a poor black man and turned himself into a notable athlete, business man, and person. No, I don’t feel bad for “oppressed” people who run around burning buildings down. I’m not sorry I’m grateful for my country/the opportunities it’s given me”

“Democrats were the party of the slave-owners and the KKK. The plantation is no longer physical, it’s mental. Just look at how free-thinking black are treated….We’re hunted down like runaway slaves. The democrat plantation doesn’t own me nor do white liberals.”

Few athletes have the stones to stand up to politically correct mobs.

Walker is a special individual who has built a strong reputation both on and off the field.

To defeat the Left, the Right will need all the help it can get from cultural figures like Walker.
