Former White House Aide Claims President Trump Demanded Secret Service Take Him to the Capitol on Jan. 6

Today at the Jan. 6 committee hearing, Cassidy Hutchinson, who was aide to Chief of Staff Mark Meadows in the Trump White House, claimed the president demanded for secret service to take him to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

During the heat of the riot, President Trump wanted to be with his supporters and fought with secret service who wanted to keep Trump away from the chaotic events unfolding at the Capitol.

“I’m the f**king president, take me up to the Capitol now!” Trump reportedly said.

After Trump’s head security detail Bobby Engel refused to comply with the President’s orders, Trump “reached up towards the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel,” according to Hutchinson, and “then used his free hand to lunge toward Bobby Engel.”

Hutchinson’s testimony can be seen here:

While Hutchinson may be overdramatizing or embellishing these details, they only make President Trump look like a leader who deeply cares about his supporters and wants to be by their side through thick and thin.

Big League Politics has reported on Trump expressing regret that he did not march with his supporters to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 like he originally intended:

President Donald Trump said that he regrets not marching with supporters to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2020 like he originally planned to do.

Trump said this during an interview with the Washington Post where he also blamed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for allegedly ordering Capitol Police to stand down while the violent display was staged.

“I thought it was a shame, and I kept asking why isn’t she doing something about it? Why isn’t Nancy Pelosi doing something about it? And the mayor of D.C. also. The mayor of D.C. and Nancy Pelosi are in charge,” Trump said.

“I hated seeing it. I hated seeing it. And I said, ‘It’s got to be taken care of,’ and I assumed they were taking care of it,” he added.

Trump ultimately blamed Secret Service for not allowing him to live up to his word and march with his supporters to the U.S. Capitol on that fateful day.

“Secret Service said I couldn’t go. I would have gone there in a minute,” he said…

Not only did Trump fail to march with his supporters to the U.S. Capitol as he initially promised on Jan. 6, but also he failed before leaving office to pardon patriots who were ultimately thrown under the bus. The deep state is now fully in control, and Trump is on the outside looking in as the gains made during his term in the White House are quickly reversed and nullified by the Biden regime.”

President Trump knew from the start that the Jan. 6 patriots were justified in their rage over the stolen election. If he is re-elected President in 2024, he needs to pardon every individual whose life has been destroyed by the overreaching and unconstitutional deep state probe.
