Four-Time Arrested Illegal Alien Finally Jailed After Killing Man While Driving Under the Influence

An illegal alien with an extensive criminal record pleaded guilty to reckless homicide Tuesday and will spend eight years behind bars after he struck and killed a South Carolina man while driving under the influence.

Abel Borbonio-Olivio killed 60-year-old Charles Byrdic in August 2018 after running off the road and hitting Byrdic, who was walking in his own yard, according to The News & Observer. Borbonio-Olivio had prescription drugs in his system at the time of the accident.

“Borbonio-Olivio used five names, three dates of birth, two social security numbers and four DMV aliases during two decades while in the U.S. illegally,” according to the report. “He had been arrested four times for not having a driver’s license in the past 15 years, court records show.”

Despite those crimes, he was never deported.

He’ll finally get a one-way ticket back to wherever he came from only after killing an innocent American citizen. First, he will serve out his eight-year prison term.

According to the report, he has been in jail on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer since the crash.

“I am very sorry to have put this family through this trauma,” Borbonio-Olivio said through a court interpreter.
