FRONT-RUNNER: Andrew Giuliani Wins Important New York GOP Straw Poll for Governor Race

Andrew Giuliani, the son of “America’s Mayor” and election fraud expert Rudy Giuliani, has won an important straw poll asking who should be the Republican nominee for the governor’s race in New York.
Giuliani won a straw poll of registered and likely voters within the New York Young Republican Club, conducted online using SurveyMonkey. Giuliani won with 45.27 percent of support from respondents with Congressman Lee Zeldin coming in second with 39.51 percent. Former Westchester County executive Rob Astorino received 5.35 percent support, and businessman Harry Wilson received 0.82 support. 244 individuals participated in the poll.
These results mirror other polls that have been taken in recent days as Giuliani rapidly gains momentum and emerges as frontrunner to win the Republican nomination for governor to take on authoritarian Democrat Kathy Hochul in this year’s midterms.
“In a series of stunning new findings, a Unite NY/John Zogby Strategies poll finds GOP insurgent candidate Andrew Giuliani, son of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, widening his lead over Rep. Lee Zeldin in the party’s gubernatorial primary on June 28,” pollster John Zogby stated about Giuliani’s rising campaign.
Giuliani is running on a law-and-order message that mirrors what father has stood for over the course of many decades. He hopes to do for the state of New York what his father did for New York City in the 1990s.
“It will be the number one job of the governor of New York. Day one – to repeal bail reform and make sure we end the war on cops,” Giuliani said in an interview with News 12 Winchester.
“New York state police had this guy nearly a year ago, when he was 17 years old saying he was going to shoot up his school. Did our state police have the resources necessary to detain this guy? Obviously a madman like this should not have access to a gun, our red flag laws that are on the books, they failed in that circumstance to actually prevent him from getting a weapon,” Giuliani said following the mass shooting in Buffalo.
Giuliani believes that he brings the crossover appeal that no other candidate running for governor can bring to the table.
“I think when you look at the numbers, one of the things that we’ve seen is we attract more Democrats, more Independents – look at the cross tabs at the Sienna Polls – by about 10% or 11 points than any of my other Republican nominees, friends of mine,” he said.
Giuliani’s rise to the top of the polls shows that the name is still highly revered in New York politics. Even though Giuliani and his father have been attacked by the fake news media for standing heroically against the 2020 presidential vote steal, it has only enhanced their credibility in the GOP and among the voting public. The masses know that this family can restore New York to greatness amidst far-left extremism and insanity.
