HORROR: Tissue From Aborted Fetuses to be Transplanted Into Mice

In a new U.S. Food and Drug Administration project that focuses on implanting human genes into mice, an exclusive contract has been signed with California-based non-profit Advanced Bioscience Resources to acquire “fresh” human tissue from aborted fetuses.

The tissue is transplanted into “humanized mice” so the mice will have a functioning “human immune system,” according to information published by the FDA and the General Services Administration. In a June 13 “presolicitation notice” for the contract the FDA said:

“The objective is to acquire Tissue for Humanized Mice. ABR is the only company that can provide the human fetal tissue needed to continue the ongoing research being led by the FDA. Fresh human tissues are required for implantation into severely immune-compromised mice to create chimeric animals that have a human immune system. This human immune system allows us to test biological drug products for safety and efficacy. This is necessary because these drug products do not bind non-human species drug targets.”

According to the General Services Administration’s federal contract database, Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR) was awarded the $15,900 contract that will run through July 25, 2019.

The Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Selective Investigative Panel on Infant Lives discussed at length ABR’s actions when providing human fetal tissue retrieved from aborted babies. The report shows ABR technicians working inside abortion clinics ran by Planned Parenthood affiliates.

“Advance Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR) describes itself as ‘a non-profit corporate foundation established in 1989 under California law to provide biomedical researchers with access to human tissues,” said the Judiciary Committee report. “ABR ‘specializes in the procurement, preservation, and distribution of both human fetal tissue and full umbilical cord blood for research.”

“For the period covering 2005 to the present, ABR informed the committee that it obtained fetal tissue from two Planned Parenthood affiliates, as well as from seven other independent clinics,” said the committee report.

“ABR technicians working at the Planned Parenthood clinics obtain the fetuses from the Planned Parenthood staff and then harvest and immediately ship the fetal tissue specimens,” said the report. “The fetal tissue is never stored or otherwise in the possession of ABR.”

The FDA has stated both in a scientific journal, as well as on their website that it uses the human liver and thymus from aborted babies to create the “humanized mice.”

This contract that acquires human fetal tissue to create these monster “humanized mice,” (with human-like immune systems) will require the FDA to use federal tax dollars and will also create a high demand for these parts that can only be acquired from aborted infants. With a financial investment in the project, the federal government will want to ensure abortion remains legal.

“Since the sale or trade of tissue from aborted fetuses for profit is illegal, and donations from hospitals and university labs have proven unreliable, nonprofits such as ABR are serving as sort of a ’tissue broker,’ a go-between for abortion clinics and scientists.  According to its own documents, ABR pays clinics a ‘nominal fee’ to cover costs and then charges the FDA and other clients a markup for their services,” Mike Huckabee wrote in an article on his website.
