Houston Police Can’t Find Livestream Shooter After She Made $2500 Bail
On Easter Sunday, a Houston man was shot in the head by a friend who was playing with a handgun. In the extremely graphic video, the women, Cassandra Damper, was seen messing around with the gun, when she pulled the trigger while pointing it at Devyn Holmes’ head.
The man is in critical condition, and Damper was arrested for tampering with evidence. But now the Houston Police Department is reporting that they can’t find Damper, who was out on $2,500 bail.

Anyone in the Houston are should keep their eyes peeled for Damper, and call the Police if she is sighted.
