Official Russian Press Story Does Not Match World Cup Car Attack Footage

Published

on

In what might be an attempt to quell the fears of guests at the World Cup in Moscow, Russian press has described an apparent car attack by a Kyrgyzstani national that injured eight as a “tragic accident.”

But video of the incident tells a different story:

WATCH:

Police have released an interrogation tape in which the cabbie claims that he tried to brake in order to let a pedestrian cross the street, but pressed the gas pedal instead, accelerating into the crowd. The driver claims that he was tired after 20 straight hours of work, which caused the error.

But the video clearly shows that there was no pedestrian in the street for the driver to avoid. It also shows the cabbie running from the vehicle after plowing through the crowd. He claimed that he was afraid of “being killed” after the incident.

Some of Russia’s state media has ignored the story altogether.

Terror group ISIS has threatened the 2018 World Cup as a potential target several times. Big League Politics reported in April:

“A second poster recently released by Wafa shows a jihadist with an AK-47 emerging from an explosion in a soccer stadium:

‘Putin, you disbeliever,’ the poster says. ‘You will pay the price for killing Muslims.’

Wafa is likely referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s alliance with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who has focused on driving ISIS out of Syria”

BLP Passage Ends.

“We don’t know what happened and just because this guy is from Kyrgyzstan does not mean he is a terrorist,” said Mark Galeotti, a security expert. “But we also know that we can’t trust the official Russian line.”

Did Bill Clinton Forget About Snatching Elian Gonzalez At Gunpoint?

Published

on

Former President William J. Clinton sent a sanctimonious tweet this morning meant to criticize President Donald J. Trump’s stance on illegal immigration.

“On this Father’s Day I’m thinking of the thousands of children separated from their parents at the border,” Clinton said. “These children should not be a negotiating tool. And reuniting them with their families would reaffirm America’s belief in & support for all parents who love their children.”

Right on cue, FOX News contributor Stephen Miller stepped in, responding “Sure bro,” and attaching a picture of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) busting into the home where Elian Gonzalez was staying in 2000.

Gonzalez garnered massive press coverage when, as a young boy, Clinton’s Attorney General, Janet Reno ordered the him returned to Cuba to live with his father.

Gonzalez’s mother had drowned when he and twelve others fled Cuba for the United States in an aluminum boat. The ensuing custody battle was vicious, as Gonzalez’s family members in Miami fought against his deportation back to Cuba. Ultimately, the Clinton Administration signed off on the deportation and snatched Gonzalez at gunpoint in a pre-dawn raid on Easter Sunday, April 22, 2000. A three-judge federal panel then ruled that Gonzalez could not be deported until he had an asylum hearing. He was barred from receiving asylum on June 1 and sent away.

Now that Trump is president, Clinton wants to play the “moral superiority” card for political purposes. But Americans are not stupid. They remember that Clinton was notoriously hawkish on borders, at least in his rhetoric.

“We are a nation of immigrants, but ultimately we are a nation of laws,” said Clinton in his 1995 State of Union address, mirroring Trump’s immigration stance nearly word for word.

Watch the full clip here:

“[Citizens] are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country,” Clinton said. “The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants. The public service they use impose burdens on our taxpayers.”

Clinton went on to brag about his record hiring of border patrol agents promise faster deportations in the same speech.

It looks like Clinton has had a politically expedient change of heart.

UPDATE: Trump Claims Good Relations With G-7 Leaders

Published

on

UPDATE: President Donald Trump slammed the mainstream media for depicting his supposed icy relations with leaders at the G-7 summit in Canada, claiming instead that he has a good relationship with Angela Merkel, Justin Trudeau and others.

President Trump tweeted:

President Donald Trump called the leader of the European Union a “brutal killer” during his visit to the G-7 summit in Canada, where he reportedly wrangled with Trudea and German chancellor Angela Merkel.

Trump helped to fight for Brexit in 2016, celebrating Great Britain’s departure from the EU at one of his golf courses in Scotland.

Bloomberg reports: “Trump told me last week ‘you are a brutal killer,”’ Juncker, a Luxembourger, said during a speech to the Bavarian Parliament in Munich on Thursday. “That’s the first time that Luxembourg has grown into such a threat to the U.S. I think he meant it as a compliment, but I’m not so sure.” The comments illustrate the confusion that Trump is sowing among U.S. allies with his protectionist tilt, withdrawal from landmark international agreements to fight climate change and to prevent Iran from developing nuclear arms, and criticism of defense spending by fellow North Atlantic Treaty Organization members.”

Of course, the European Union is responsible for moving in massive numbers of Middle Eastern migrants from the Muslim world, and watching as the migrants lay claim to nations once affiliated with Western civilization. Knife attacks, car-rammings, and gang rapes are now prevalent throughout EU-member countries.

The photo of Angela Merkel and other leaders confronting President Trump at the summit went viral, and proves iconic for both sides. To the Left, Merkel was standing up to an American nationalist leader who refuses to cooperate. To the Right and independent-minded Trump supporters, the image simply demonstrated the President’s strength:

Of course, Angela Merkel was instrumentally involved in helping Barack Obama surveil President Donald Trump during the Obama-Gate spy scandal.

Big League Politics reported:

House lawmakers are zeroing in on a meeting that German chancellor Angela Merkel held with President Obama at a key moment as one of the FISA warrants against Trump was set to expire. Lawmakers are aware of the role of foreign governments in collaborating with U.S. intelligence agencies in the Trump investigation as recently as 2017.
Germany provided information beginning in 2015 to aide British spies and the Obama administration in compiling the Christopher Steele “dossier.”

Obama had been called out by the Drudge Report for visiting foreign leaders in Europe in the spring of 2017 right before President Trump visited those leaders in Europe. It turns out that one of those Obama meetings is now under scrutiny on Capitol Hill.

Deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein gave a redacted document to Rep. Devin Nunes, showing two major redactions about the creation of the Trump “Dossier” and the launch of FISA warrants and Robert Mueller’s investigation during the 2016 campaign. The redactions were: “the name of a country and the name of a foreign agent who supplied information.”…
