Hundreds of Transgender Inmates Demand Transfer to Female Jails After Passage of California Law

255 male “transgender” inmates behind bars in the state of California are demanding transfer to female-only jails following the passage of a controversial new law.

The SB 132 law, which went into effect on Jan. 1, mandates for all “transgender, nonbinary, or intersex” to be “addressed in a manner consistent with the incarcerated individual’s gender identity,” and “housed at a correctional facility designated for men or women based on the individual’s preference.”

This is opening up Pandora’s Box for every male predator who claims he is a “woman” to be housed next to vulnerable females. Gov. Gavin Newsom signed the measure into law under the pretense of tolerance.

“These new laws will help us better understand the impacts of COVID-19 on the LGBTQ+ community, establish a new fund to support our transgender sisters and brothers, and advance inclusive and culturally competent efforts that uphold the dignity of all Californians, regardless of who you are or who you love,” Newsom said.

The legislation was introduced by Democrat Sen. Scott Wiener, an open homosexual who has consistently promoted bizarre and incomprehensible legislation to advance LGBT degeneracy.

Big League Politics has reported on Wiener’s work to let child molesters a off the hook as they victimize children:

The California legislature passed a bill that would lessen criminal penalties for adults convicted of sexual activity with minors on Monday night, potentially keeping those who engage in some forms of intercourse with minors less than ten years younger than them off the state’s sex offender registry.

SB 145 would apply existing criminal standards for vaginal sexual intercourse between an adult and a minor to oral and anal sexual acts. Currently, those convicted of engaging in vaginal intercourse with minors less than 10 years younger than them are not required to enroll in the state’s sex offender registry at the judge’s discretion.

San Francisco state senator Scott Weiner has spearheaded the legislation. Weiner claims existing state law “disproportionately targets LGBT young people for mandatory sex offender registration since LGBT people usually cannot engage in vaginal intercourse.”

Weiner previously made himself a target of criticism when he pushed legislation that reduce the criminal penalty for willfully exposing one’s sexual partners to HIV to a misdemeanor. Such sexual activity was previously a felony in the state of California.”

The LGBT agenda is about corrupting the souls of the youth, and California is leading the way nationally in that regard.
