The Democrat presidential primary is already rocked by multiple accusations of identity politics violations.
In the case of Joe Biden’s racism — including his recent comments about going to “the hood,” which were spurned by hip-hop sites, and his past support for segregation — Democrats have a very real line of attack rooted in the prejudiced history of the Democrat Party.
Bernie Sanders, meanwhile, is making himself look silly both by crying “ageism” and also by picking Eric Swalwell as his feuding partner. Swalwell is about as lightweight as it gets in the Democrat primary, since he is mostly known for once Twitter-threatening to nuclear bomb the American people.
“I think that’s kind of ageism, to tell you the truth,” Sanders said when Swalwell asked Biden to “pass the torch,” stealing a line from John F. Kennedy.
Sanders and Biden are both 76 years old.
Biden’s racism is making Kamala Harris a more prominent contender for the nomination.
A top Joe Biden 2020 campaign fundraiser informed the former vice president that he is leaving the campaign effort, spelling further trouble for the beleaguered Democrat from Delaware.
“I had actually let the campaign know I’d pulled back my support of Biden for now,” said Tom McInerney, a lawyer from San Francisco and past Obama bundler who also noted “I would imagine I’m not alone.”
“I don’t think he did well last night,” McInerney said in an interview with CNBC.
Biden is also being slammed for previously supporting segregation, saying in a 1975 interview that de-segregation undercuts the concept of “black pride.”
The intrepid Alana Goodman reported on Biden’s 1975 NPR interview in which he said the following: “I think the concept of busing … that we are going to integrate people so that they all have the same access and they learn to grow up with one another and all the rest, is a rejection of the whole movement of black pride.”
Biden called desegregation “a rejection of the entire black awareness concept, where black is beautiful, black culture should be studied; and the cultural awareness of the importance of their own identity, their own individuality.”
Biden also noted that he asked “the blacks on my staff” if they felt he had a racism “in me that’s deep-seated that I don’t know.”
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden made another revelatory admission in his speech at a Carlyle Hotel fundraiser, telling wealthy financial donors that nothing would change if he is elected president.
“The truth of the matter is, you all, you all know, you all know in your gut what has to be done. We can disagree in the margins, but the truth of the matter is it’s all within our wheelhouse and nobody has to be punished. No one’s standard of living will change, nothing would fundamentally change,” Biden stated.
Biden’s gaffes on the campaign trail, which continuously reveal his true thinking about race and class, are making him the enemy of the rest of the Democratic field and their supporters, and even a large cross-section of the left-wing media.
Biden is getting roundly mocked for his persistent efforts to paint himself as Barack Obama’s best friend and Obama’s favored candidate in the presidential race, despite evidence to the contrary.
“How many times is Biden gonna say something stupid?” Obama reportedly said on the 2008 campaign trail after somewhat reluctantly choosing Biden as his running mate, as reported by the tell-all book Game Change.
Hack Economist Paul Krugman Celebrates the Death of Elderly White People
On June 30, 2020, economist Paul Krugman expressed his desire for the death of White Americans.
He tweeted, “Reality is coming for white supremacists driving golf carts” in reference to an article from Bloomberg News that highlighted how the Wuhan virus pandemic is particularly deadly and disproportionately impacting older segments of the American population.
According to Bloomberg, “record numbers of Floridians 75 and older are testing positive for Covid-19,” according to a June 29 report.
The report added:
Florida hasn’t seen a departure from its relatively low rate of Covid-19 deaths, but it can take weeks from onset of symptoms to death, and the surge in infections is recent.
The new positivity rate — which measures the proportion of people testing positive for the first time compared to the day’s overall testing — started climbing significantly about two weeks ago.
Common sense measures such as quarantining and isolating the elderly population make sense in these circumstances. But total lockdowns are an overreach.
To the point of Krugman race-baiting, this is not a surprise given his status as a mainstream economist.
Political correctness is his M.O., from pushing central banking to perpetuating destructive identity politics.
The Right will need to assert itself against this mob and keep them from gaining power.
More importantly, they must implement policies such as defunding public education at all levels to prevent these people from further consolidating power.
