Ilhan Omar Deletes Tweet Indicating She Shared Surname with Former Husband Believed to Be Her Brother

Omar has something to hide.

It has been rumored that Somali-born socialist Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) married her brother in order to commit immigration fraud and unlawfully obtain American citizenship before the refugee made her way to the U.S. Congress.

Omar is fueling the speculation after she deleted an old tweet where she wished a happy father’s day to her “abbo” named Nur Said. She would later marry her first husband Ahmed Nur Said, a man widely believed to be her brother.

Imam Mohamad Tawhidi discovered the deleted tweet and posted about it earlier today:

The deleted tweet has been archived here, and Omar is once again playing the victim in an attempt to justify her suspicious behavior. She blamed “constant threats” and “conspiracy theories” for causing her to delete her tweet.

Banished journalist and Florida U.S. House candidate Laura Loomer reported the news of Omar allegedly marrying her brother for Big League Politics last year:

It is safe to say that being married to your brother and running for office in America would certainly create an image crisis, given that Omar allegedly married her brother in an attempt to help him easily immigrate to the United States. It is against the law to marry people under false pretenses with the intention of helping them immigrate to the United States.

According to Power Line Blog, Omar claims to be married to a man named Ahmed Hirsi, the father of her children and the man she publicly refers to as her husband, but the couple never finalized their marriage application and was never legally married on paper. In 2008, their non legal “marriage” ended.

However, Omar claims that in 2009, she legally married Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, a British citizen. Along with the Power Line blog, Alpha News also claims that Elmi is Omar’s brother. According to Alpha News , Omar was involved with Ahmed Nur Said Elmi (her legal husband) and Ahmed Hirsi (her “cultural” husband and father of her children) at the same time. Although Omar has claimed that the accusations are false, Alpha News has confirmed that the legal name for Omar’s father is Nur Said Elmi Mohamed, which is the same last name as her legal husband.

While Omar has consistently denied the charge, it is something that has dogged her throughout her time in the U.S. Congress. She recently left her second husband, and is shacking up with a soon-to-be divorcee in Washington D.C. who her campaign paid hundreds of thousands. Omar’s love life has proven to be as explosive as her radical Muslim views.

Nancy Pelosi Will Run for Speaker Again If Democrats Hold the House

If appointed again, Crazy Nancy would serve as speaker until 2023.

Everyone’s favorite Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, has said she will seek another term as speaker if the Democrats maintain their House majority.

She declared her intention in answering a question from CNN’s Jake Tapper, adding that “we [also] have to win the Senate.”

The USA Today noted that this comes after a challenge by “several members of the Democratic caucus” who represent more conservative constituents and think her speakership is an “impediment to the party’s electoral chances.” Pelosi is also being challenged in the California 12th District race itself by a Pakistani-born “democratic socialist” named Shahid Buttar, whom Pelosi has been doing nothing but ignoring.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also speaking with Jake Tapper, said she would support “the most progressive candidate” for speaker.

“I am committed to making sure that we have the most progressive candidate there. But, if Speaker Pelosi is that most progressive candidate, then I will be supporting her,” she said.

Pelosi has served in the US House since 1987 and is currently in her second stint as speaker. Her first speakership lasted from 2007 to 2011. She struck a deal back in late 2018 to limit her current speakership to four years, so we’ll in all likelihood see her in the post until 2023.
