Illegal Alien Sentenced for Raping 12-Year-Old Girl
An illegal alien living in Mississippi was sentenced to 20 years in prison – with eight of those years suspended – after he raped a 12-year-old-girl last year.
Valentin Ariosto Alfronso-Arguello, 38, followed the girl into the restroom at the restaurant where he worked, according to The Clarion Ledger. He coerced the girl into giving him her address.Later that night, he showed up at her home.
“The victim left her house and got into the truck with Alfronso-Arguello,” according to the report. “He raped her after she repeatedly told him ‘no’ and tried to get out of the truck, the release indicated. He held her down and forced himself on her.”
At 3 a.m. the girl’s mother woke up as she was walking back inside after the sexual encounter. Her mother witnessed Alfronso-Arguello’s truck speeding off.
He was later arrested, signed a waiver of rights, and admitted in writing to raping the girl. Authorities said that if he is not deported after his prison term, he will be required to register as a sex offender and will be on probation for five years.
The brutal rape occurred while elected officials in Washington, D.C. have been unable to secure the border.
Big League Politics reported:
President Donald J. Trump has declared a national state of emergency, for which several heavily-blue states immediately sued his administration. Democrats refuse to budge on the issue, unwilling to secure America’s borders. As illegal border crossings surge, they blocked a meaningful amount of wall funding in the 2019 federal budget.
In what many conservatives see as a colossal failure, the Republican Congress, led by former Speaker Paul Ryan, current Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, failed to deliver wall funding to the president’s desk during all of 2017 and 2018, when Republicans held the House, the Senate, and the White House.
