Industry Groups Call On Biden To Expedite Efforts Towards Digital ID

An influential network of 10 United States industry associations is calling on the Biden regime to ramp up its attempts to implement digital IDs. These industry associations are pushing for this move under the pretext of fighting identity fraud. The coalition contended that the government’s annual cybersecurity strategy is too lukewarm to beat back the rising identity theft wave affecting American consumers and the economy. President Joe Biden has already manifested his support for the rollout of a digital ID.

The group includes prominent names such as the Better Identity Coalition, US Chamber of Commerce, American Bankers Association, Electronic Transactions Association, and the Software & Information Industry Association. The association message was loud and clear: Basic forms of support and education won’t suffice when it comes to combating the financial damage that fraud causes.

In its letter, the coalition called attention to the “success” of digital ID program in Asia, the EU, and Africa, and encourage President Biden to take decisive action in three areas which Christina Maas of Reclaim the Net spelled out below:

Set up a Task Force: They’re pushing for a task force that specializes in fast-tracking the creation and accessibility of tools aimed at thwarting digital ID-related crimes.

Synchronize Identity Credentials: The associations call for a “‘timeboxed’ effort to coordinate activities among authoritative issuers of identity credentials.” They argue that this would pave the way for the development of in-depth, user-friendly resources necessary for the shift to digital IDs.

Elevate NIST’s Role: The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) should be given more prominence in the development of identity and attribute validation services, according to the coalition. Although NIST has been active in this field, the coalition believes that heightened attention, coupled with the formulation of standards and best practices, is imperative.

It’s becoming clear that there’s a globalist push for a digital ID system that even the US can’t avoid. That’s the nature of this globalist mind virus: It’s all encompassing and seeks to infect all body politics worldwide. To maintain some degree of political sanity, nationalists and other right-wing actors must do everything possible to stop these projects in their tracks.
